After doing the 5 day reset, losing weight and focusing on my well being I realised I can trust kelvin for the 60 day challenge. Also the recipes are delicious.
All aspects of weight loss, nutrition, sleep, exercise mental well being are all explained thoroughly. It's great to be part of a group going through the same challenge
