Non English speaking delivery drivers
My problem with this delivery was the delivery service.
DPD stated to Nutriink that they tried to deliver on a Friday.....no email, text, phone call or note in my mail box.
DPD stated to Nutrilink that they tried to deliver on a Saturday...no email, text, phone call or note in my letter box.
No parcel at the security hut at the entrance to the development.
The following Wednesday I call Nutrilink....oh yes say they...they're returning the parcel to us!!!!!!!! Nutrilink resend this to me and I state IN BIG LETTERS...leave this at the security hut!!! On the expected day, a van turns up as I'm taking rubbish to the bins. I ask the flat number...he says my number. I say "that's me"WAIT for me. Hr disappears into my block and in the space of a nanosecond is about to leave because I haven't answered my door!!! He speaks virtually no English!! I KNOW there are shortages of workers but surely checking they can speak a few key phrases is key to successful delivery!!!!
