Very disappointed when I opened the castor oil pack. Incredibly poor finish - someone just hacked off a piece of material - didn’t measure it accurately either - way way over priced. What a shock! Won’t be shopping with you again, this was an appallingly low quality product grossly over priced.

I received a reply to this review apologising for the poor quality and confirming refund. This was a very pleasant surprise and much appreciated. I hope the company does improve the standard as suggested in their response. Mostly I appreciate the swift customer service - thank you.

Always get a great service from this customer - delivery and product great. However because I dropped the bottle on the floor and it smashed to pieces I am unable to review the contents as they were amongst all the glass!

Magnesium is so good to take at night

I've been buying from Nutrigold for years but have had a few probs of late. The actual products are great - no complaint there. But ordering and delivery has been less smooth. My October discount voucher wasn't recognised by the system 2 days before expiry so after three attempts I cancelled my order, feeling frustrated. My current (November) order went through fine with offers intact, but the goods arrived in a box marked 'fragile' and filled with those little polystyrene pieces. Why are plastic bottles of vitamins considered fragile? Why all this excessive packaging?(Edit: company has explained that other customers say some plastic bottles have arrived broken, hence the box. Apparently those little foam pieces are biodegradable...)
