Very difficult to cancel the contract. I am very disappointed.

Whilst the shakes are great ( tried other brands and they don’t compare) the experience I’ve had over the last 2 weeks is not what I’d hoped for or expected . Firstly I had to wait over one week for the strawberry V2 shakes to come back into stock. Whilst waiting I became so desperate I attempted to order the chocolate as the website said it was in stock . Unfortunately when I attempted to add to basket on multiple occasions I kept getting an error message and I couldn’t make a purchase . Two days passed and then the chocolate was out of stock (on reflection was likely to have been out of stock but the website didn’t reflect this ) . Finally l placed an order on Monday 03/07/23 before 1pm for which I paid £5.99 postage to get the shakes within 1-2 days. It’s now Thursday 6th July and I still don’t have any shakes. I’ve sent 2X emails since Tuesday 4th and sent a message on Instagram. Still no update . I understand that delivery times and despatch times are not guaranteed. However the fact that the communication has been intermittent at best since I’ve made a purchase doesn’t reflect very well on how customers are treated once a purchase has been made .

I ordered the breakfast and complete meal shakes tasted nice. Been on the shakes for nearly 3 weeks and lost weight. The great thing about this product is it doesn’t cause my IBS to flare up. Thank you nutribuddy

I received the bestsellers starter kit which arrived in excellent condition. It was very well packaged.
I started using the breakfast shake (chocolate smooth) and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. (I made the shake with 300ml of oat milk).
After my first mouthful, I wasn't so sure, but by the time I'd finished the shake I had been won over. The shake tastes of chocolate (not synthetic at all) and I enjoy the oaty bits too.
I haven't yet tried the high protein sculpting shake (also chocolate), mainly because the breakfast shake keeps me so full, but I'm sure that too will taste good.
I like that there is no need for measurements on the side of the shaker because the letters 'Nutribuddy' are the measurements. Fun idea!
The storage jars are handy too- I've stuck the instructions/ingredients on the jars as I have a short memory.

I have just started my journey with Nutribuddy and absolutely love the shakes for breakfast. I travel a lot with work and really struggle to find things to eat when I'm on the road that won't cause pain and discomfort, I have various different food intolerances and suffer with IBS and so I was looking for something that I could mix any where and have on the go. Nutribuddy has been perfect for this and even though I'm not taking it for weight loss I have lost a couple of pounds in the first week. I have now got my fiancé into it and we have placed another order today. Really happy to have found something so tasty and yet so gentle on my stomach!

Received my first order two days ago, I have to say I’m so impressed with the shakes! They are so tasty and keep me going all day until my evening meal, and the reusable glass storage jars look so nice in my kitchen! Communication from the support team was also amazing, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Having tried and trusted nutribuddy in the past, I knew i would choose them again. They have a great range of flavor and taste great. For a change i tried the strawberry shake which didnt disappoint.
I find they are great for my busy lifestyle and i feel full during the day.

Absolutely great! Order arrived so much quicker than I thought, packaged so neatly. I was really excited to try the shakes as I’ve struggled to find something suitable being gluten and dairy intolerant - but these are made without!!
Having not long become a mum for the first time - I’ve struggled to eat regularly and shift the ‘baby’ weight. Snacking at strange times led to weight gain! These shakes are so easy to make - taste great, keep me full (so no need for more snacking!!) and help me eat at normal times. The awesome added bonus is that along with my regular weekly workout routine I’ve lost 7lbs in a week using Nutribuddy!! Can’t wait to continue. Exceeded expectations 100%!

Great product. For me it's high in protein and tastes ace!

We were looking for a product that would encourage my daughter to start having breakfast as she feels sick in the mornings and doesn’t like eating for a few hours but needs the energy as she suffers from chronic fatigue. I didn’t want to invest a huge amount in something only to find she didn’t like it so I was pleased to be able to buy a two weeks supply initially without any huge commitment. My daughter has been loving the chocolate flavoured breakfast shake, we blend it up for her with a banana and she has had it every day for over a week now. She is keen to try some of the other flavours. I also like that the company is environmentally conscious. We will be ordering again, thank you 😊

I just love Nutribuddy! It's great, tasty, quick and easy to make for a snack, meal replacement or on the go! I have tried the vanilla and chocolate and just love it! I also change it up a bit with a banana and peanut butter or other nut butters! Try it, you'll love it! ❤️

I started thinking this was going to be a chore. The porridge coconut and chia is delicious 😋 the cocoa and coconut shake is lovely. Just about to place my second order 😌

I've tried a few of these that claim to be dairy free and keep you feeling full. This is the only one that's been successful.
Nutribuddy shakes are really tasty and work really well with oat milk - I'm sure they work well with cows milk too, but I don't have it.
I use these as a breakfast replacement and I stay full until lunch time. They're an absolute godsend.
Good price, great company who care about getting it right, great product.

I’ve just swapped from another protein company, and I thought theirs was good. But now I’ve had my first breakfast shake from Nutribuddy and let’s just say that I won’t be going back to the other one.

Love the shakes! I usually put fruit in them as well and it works as my breakfast when I'm in a rush!

I’ve tried lots of different shake companies and this is by far the best! They’re really filling and taste great.

Being the typical yo-yo dieter I have tried countless countless amounts of meal replacement shakes, none so far have I liked. It’s either too sweet or too artificial tasting. Nutribuddy breakfast shake however to date is the best tasting shake I’ve tried. Reminds me of a milky wheatbix. Absolutely delicious. Blend with fruit for a sweet tasting treat!

First time ordering with Nutribuddy and I am so pleased. Speedy ordering and speedy delivery. Great tasting vanilla breakfast shake which I make up with no added sugar oat milk. It’s delicious whilst subtle enough to withstand the addition of fruit. I also purchased the shaker and scoop which are great accessories. I was delighted by their delivery offers for VIPs too. Can’t wait to order again. A delicious way to start the day.
