Misleading return policy and poor fit
My mother bought leggings, seeing ther prominently displayed claims of 30 day hassle free returns. It is far from the case. These garments must fit to be helpful and the leggings picked were selected by careful measurement based on their size guide. They are terribly proportioned and wouldn’t do anything compression-wise. To return, you must email them, wait for their response, fill out a form, wait for them to respond, pay $9 for shipping, pay $4 for the return, and wait on further instructions (not sure after that because that’s where we are). If you think it’s important to try on compression garments for lipodema, don’t buy these. They do have this all in the fine print but I see why my mom was misled. You’ll see it too if you look at their site.
