Amazing customer service…
After having a horrendous experience with another company (TravelUp), booking the other leg of my flights to Bali from the UK it was a breath of fresh air to deal with NusaTrip customer service. I deem a lot of these Trust Pilot reviews fake most of the time but I can assure you this one isn’t. The booking process was fine, being Indonesia based the interface and some of the terms didn't quite translate to British properly but when a cancellation was made by the airline i was picked up by customer service at Nusatrip and I received 5 responses within 3 hours! finding me a new flight and also adding baggage. I can’t say I have ever experience such speedy service. Its always nervous booking with a ln agent abroad as sometimes the standards of customer care do not exist. However, Nusatrip went above and beyond to help me and whats great is i believe thats just how they operate. They really ‘get’ customer care. Great job guys! I’ll have mo hesitation to book with you again and recommend to friends!

Secure Booking
The site provides a safe environment for the traveller(s) when payment for a booking is being made, although it can be an inconvenience when the third party payment link fails... but at least the the Credit/Debit Card owner can be at peace of mind knowing that the payment processing is secure and safe.
