Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, very difficult to get them to help with anything at all. Flight was cancelled 3 days beforehand and no response to emails or support messages. Finally got to speak to them on chat and they make it seem like YOU are cancelling the flight and the airline have to approve your refund. This can take between 30-90 days so you are out of pocket until then.
Ridiculous company, would never book with them (or transnusa airline for that matter) ever again.
Would rate even lower if possible.

My flight with NusaTrip booking code ZF48RZ, and details Kupang (KOE)-Jakarta (CGK) - Departure Date Fri, 15 Mar - 06:40 was cancelled by the airline Citilink. After my request, that same day Nusatrip accepted to refund my ticket. More than 90 days have already gone since then and I am still waiting for my refund.

Very bad Customer Service
On 21 January we booked 3 flights with Nusatrip from Denpasar to Manado for 03 May 2024 with Lion Air, cost IDR 6,544,459 with a travel insurance.
Due to the Ruang outbreak the airport in Manado was closed and the flight cancelled.
We were not notified and found out in the morning at the airport when we wanted to check in.
We tried to get a refund for the cancelled flight, but Nusatrip told us that Lion Air would have to take care of it. We were informed by Lion Air that the refund would be made via the travel agency that booked the flight.
We informed Nusatrip of this on 13 June, but so far there has been no response to our email..
We are very annoyed and disappointed because we have had good experiences with Nusatrip up to now and it seems to be Nusatrip's business policy not to give refunds even for justified claims.
