I ordered a drone from them looks lovely on the picture it arrived 3 months later and the quality of it for70 odd euro I could have got for 5 euro on Ali express and its picture makes it lok big its the size of a pack of cards

The Ironman helmet cost me €70...for nothing.

I order a helmet iron man and come a little red plastic .It come after 2 months already. Shame on you. Thieves. I send email back and they don't respond. They fun with us. I wish find and catch them the police. I report you already.You are waiting for the worst.

We bought a iron-man helmet from this site and received a white plastic paperclip we have sent several emails with no reply .don't buy off this web site wish we had read previous reviews before we purchased

Update: Pilates Mat finally arrived, 72 days after I ordered it. It smells so disgusting I had to leave it outside immediately and will either powerwash it or dump it. Please do not buy from this website.

This company is an absolute joke , I received a package late and also my package was damaged , I have emailed them 8 times and heard no reply about any form of redress.

It should not be allowed to trade at all.

I ordered a drone and did not get any response from them in the first two weeks. After that, I sent them an email to check if they shipped my package and they responded that they had done but after one week I got an email mentioning they just shipped my package. In the end, it took me more than 40 days, and still waiting for my package to arrive despite being in the EU.
It's much better to order from Alibaba rather than this supplier.

I’d give no stars if I could, ordered 4 drones and a phone case for Christmas presents in October thinking they were coming from the Uk to Ireland,that they’d be here in plenty of time,tracking was from China, only the phone case arrived Christmas week,nothing about the drones,I emailed them and I was told eventually that they were sent back and they refunded me my money after Christmas, total scam they didn’t even send them in the first place I could have ordered them from somewhere else but I presumed I was tracking the whole order not just the phone case, waste of time

I have been waiting for weeks now. Saying that they have it in their stock in the UK but delivering it from China!!!

The worst: the recipient is not even my name. They put a another name!

Absolute fraud of a company, all items are based in China etc with huge waiting times!
Ordered an item that said in stock in the Uk, waited over 10 weeks with false promises in between before doing a charge back through my bank!

I ordered from here took 2 months to arrive . I ordered rotating 4 tier tidy ie spices and got cheap plastic thing looked like it came from £1 shop do not ever use these

I ordered a halloween costume from this website expecting to receive it in time for Halloween that was is 3 weeks ago and has not arrived yet. I emailed them to ask about the costume and told it was shipped and in transit which is untrue, this is a disgrace of a websit, I will never use this website again. I will be looking in to this fut

Worst in terms of delivering the products, took them more than 20 days... On top of that the returns, you have to ship to China and they will not cover the shipping cost! Unbelievable .... Product was not of great quality either....

I had some issues with my purchase and Nurpe Team solved it very quickly.

One star is too many for these guys. Really unsatisfactory to deal with from start to finish. Customer service is really poor, long waiting times and defective products that they won't stand over. Stay well clear.

The most terrible scam! Ordered a €45 power bank and it came in a sandwich bag in parts!! A sticker on top saying it’s from Ali express! Outraged!! Someone in the Netherlands covering for this fake company claiming to sell legitimate products but they don’t!!! Awful!

I wrote a review on 8th December and heard nothing. I returned my appliance which was faulty after 3 months, guess what, They never acknowledged or responded to it. This must be the worst company in the British Isles, the nerve of them to accept peoples money and have no intention of fulfilling the orders.....what can society do to clear this scammer from the face of the earth...now. A shame for British Commerce, get rid of them....more Brexit nonsense!

This site is a scam. Chinese posing as UK supplier. Beware. My order is nowhere to be seen after 5 weeks.
