This is my second review the first one was incorrect! Because I ordered from Tiktok , not the company itself. Never had damaged Duch ovens from the company but unfortunately I have from Ticktock. Because of this i will now only order from Nuovva which I have found always satisfying. I ended up messaging them thinking that they could sort directly my problem out. But it is not their problem If you order elsewhere so beware.

The frying pans burn everything!
The frying pans are awful. I really wanted to get behind this brand, as it promotes healthier living with a non-toxic pan. It's a nice heavy durable pan and I had high hopes. However, even after following the care instructions and reading through the manual before using it, it burns absolutely everything! From the very first use it has obliterated pancakes that ended up turning into sloppy yet somehow burnt mush. I thought this was a one off and down to the batter, so I tried cooking some mince and it also did the same. Leaving a horrible thick burnt layer on the bottom of the pan and made the mince taste burnt. I only used medium heat, and did use olive oil to grease the pan. I can't return them now as I have used them, but will have to buy from another brand, so they ultimately have been a waste of money. The cooking pans are probably fine if you are boiling veg in water, but stay away from the frying pans as they are not worth the money.

Had an issue with a pan missing on the first order. The customer service team were very responsive and sorted the issue straight away. Plans are solid, heavy and very good quality!
