I made an order of 4 chairs, I got the wrong items, sent them back (I payed for the return) and then they didn't make a refund and asked me to call a lawyer if I want. DO NOT BUY THERE!

As mentioned by plenty of other reviewers: the company dropped an email that its up for insolvency and cannot deliver the ordered goods. No mention if and when the refund will happen for the good. Its for companies like these that bring online shopping a bad name. Is there a way to collectively file a report with the of fraud?

I've not received the product yet, I have sent 5 enquires to Nunido customer service with no reply except for the standard mail mentioning they will come back in 4 days)
I want to have news or at least the possibility to cancel the order and get the refund, but there is no opportunity on their site.

2 weeks after ordering four table legs, I received an email saying that Nunido no longer partners with the company who supply the table legs and I would receive a full refund. That was 4 weeks ago. I am still waiting on that refund and I have been unable to get any answerer except for an automated email.

we placed an order in September of +3000 euros for chairs that never arrived. Despite many reminders and some very confusing replies from them the chairs never arrived again. We also contacted the bankruptcy administrator in Germany but even from him no response . Scammers.

I have to agree with most reviews here when it comes to:
-poor customers service
-cannot trust the brand when it comes to product or stock
- quality not guaranteed
This is the second time I’m ordering from them and yet again I’m disappointed. I ordered a month ago items that were in stock. Today I received an automated email from them blaming on the manufacture that they did not ship these items to them. Funny because the truth is that they didn’t have them in stock as per last time. So here I am, don’t know when will get my product, maybe in month or two.
Last time I ordered a table with chairs which I waited for over 3 months, same story, items were in stock, then bunch of automated messages on delay, blaming manufacturer and when the items arrived they were all damaged.
This will be my last purchase from them. For those who are looking for similar type of an outlet I highly recommend connox.com why?

To the Nunido brand, no need to reply to this review because at this stage I just had enough of explanations from your side. What you need to do is literally get a grip of your business. No hard feelings, but this will be my last order from you.
And for those who still consider, honestly even if you safe 10 EUR/CHF by purchasing here on Nunido, it's not worth it at the end. You will just get frustrated with the wait, automated emails and all the nonsense..

I had a pretty bad experience with Nunido. They satated they were sending the sofa I ordered within 1 to 2 weeks after ordering. After 3 weeks I didn't get any news, only when I sent them an email complaning they told me that there were some delays and that it would take 2 more weeks. After those two weeks, and again not getting any feedback I wrote them again, and got the same answer, this time they said the sofa was not even dispatched in the last batch, and that it would take one more month. The issue was not only the delyas, but also the lack of proactive communication from their side. I asked for a refund. I wouldn't recommend them
Nunido is NOT a customer oriented…
Nunido is NOT a customer oriented company. They provide Zero support to the customers in Switzerland. If you want to buy anything big there, please choose another place. You should know that in spite of the purchase in the Swiss online store, payment the Swiss price, ordering delivery to Switzerland, you will not be able to return the big item in Switzerland. Nunido did not bother to arrange the return process in Switzerland. You will have to send the return to Germany which is not possible with big items. We made a mistake of buying a dining table there and were not happy with the model. However, it is not possible to send it back as such a big piece is not even possible to send to Germany. Neither Swiss post nor commercial carriers can send it to Germany. I have contacted Nunido several times but they refused any help as they simply do not want to provide a support. DO NOT RECOMMEND NUNIDO!!!! worst experience for Swiss customers!
WHERE ARE MY CHAIRS?
I ordered 6 chairs on the 4th December, which cost a considerable amount of money. The website stated that I would receive the goods or at least a delivery date within 2-4 days of placing the order. I have yet to hear anything from them. I have now written to them and am wondering if I will ever see my chairs or my money again....

Edit 18.11.2022: Today I managed to reach somebody on the phone who said that the shipment was being prepared and that it should be shiped on Monday. This sounds better. Raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I placed an order for a product that was said to be in stock. I didn't check the reviews before ordering, I must say. I probably should have.
Anyways, seeing the number of negative reviews, in particular of products said to be in stock and that were never delivered, I became suspicious. I wanted to enquire as to the status of my order and whether the product was indeed immediately available (this is the only reason why I chose this site over another one). So I called the phone number that is advertised on their website (071 588 05 64).
First time, somebody picked up the phone, didn't say a word and hung up.
Second time, the call was immediately rejected.
Third time, I was transfered to a recording saying that they couldn't answer calls and that I should send an email.
Fourth time, it rang several minutes, seemingly transfering from one number to the next, until I got endless waiting music and finally the same recording again.
It doesn't look very professional.
Who is Nunido? Is there actually a real company delivering goods?
I would be more than happy to change this review into a positive one and give them five stars, but for the moment, it doesn't look good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Worst aftersale service ever
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This was simply the worst interaction I have ever had with an online shopping platform.
I ordered a chair in August. On the website, the waiting time for delivery was listed as 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything for them, I contacted the client support. They were extremely unhelpful, they just told me several times that the delivery was not going to happen at the time they had announces (they kept pushing back the date). Note that they NEVER contacted me, I always proactively had to contact them, once the marchandise was not delivered as promised, and that's when they would announce me 1-2 more weeks of delay. It's been almost 3 months! They offered some weak apologies, citing the difficulties for producers to access raw materials such as wood - how utterly ridiculous: the chair I order was made of plastic. Other than that, they just didn't deal with it and thank me for my patience. The item is still listed on their website as having a shipping time of 1-2 weeks, which is simply fraudulent. I never leave bad reviews but my experience was ludicrous, and nothing could be done through their service.

AVOID. At best liars, at worst frauds.
I bought a kneeling chair from them as I have hurt my back. I need to return to work, but cannot sit on a normal chair. I needed such a thing in days, not weeks, so I only wanted to buy from a vendor that had stock ready to ship.
The website for Nunido said they had the item in stock and dispatch would be immediate. I placed my order and paid.
A week later, nothing.
I email them enquiring why a piece of furniture they advertised on their website to be in stock with immediate shipment had not shipped.
They wrote back - automated email with a poor use of language - saying it takes them 4 working days to respond to emails:

Ridiculous service. I paid Cash more than 2000 Euros for 6 chairs, received only two and now, more than two months later cannot have the Order nor the money back. RUN FROM THIS SCAMMERS.

Still waiting for the delivery 9 weeks into the order....2 weeks ago they promised to deliver within 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, I am still waiting. No updates from their customer service either.

Dishonor contract
I placed an order for a teppanyaki grill over 3 weeks ago with advance payment. Nunido confirmed the order and having chased them after the delivery date, I was informed the product was out of stock and the manufacturer also does not have the item.
This turns out to not be true as I have contacted the manufacturer and they have confirmed they have it in stock ready for shipment. What makes it worst is after Nunido notified me the item was not in stock, they updated their website for the same item, only at 20% price increase.
Despite contacting their customer service team and requesting the item to be sent, my order was cancelled and I received only a reply to say we have cancelled and refunded you, it’s a closed case.
The company does not honor their contract and also very bad customer service and stock management.

Damaged item and terrible customer service
I bought a table with a marble base and a metal surface. The metal surface arrived with an evident sign of scratch. The marble had engraved stripes which were signs of damages. Their response was to give me 15% refund or wait 4 to 5 weeks to get a new one after I had already waited more than 30 days to get it in the first place. I refused both the option because with the discount I still would have paid more than 300 CHF for a very damaged design pece and the second one was out of the question...way too long. The customer service is just robotic, communication is vague and you have to ask many times for more details and to be more clear. I have now decided to return the table and get a full refund. I can already see that there is a problem and they going to make me stressed over the pick up. Do not use this website for your shopping
