BAD COMPANY - take your money for broken items. Lie about refunding and company is now in administration. AVOID.

Placed an order for 2 lamps October 6th with the request to send it urgently as I need it before a certain date and the items was indicated as in stock.

After receiving no message that it was shipped I wrote October 12 that I wanted to cancel the order. 5 days alter I finally received a response stating:

Unfortunately we have to decline your cancellation request as this is a professional purchase. We would like to draw your attention to your billing address, which includes the company name. Please refer to our general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) on our website which stipulate that the right of cancellation is not granted to our business customers.

We apologise again for the delay. However, this argument will not be accepted for your cancellation request. When you place an order on our site, you automatically accept our GTC. Thank you for your understanding.

It is now the 25th. I still don't have the items ordered and I still have no idea when or even if I am going to receive my order.

This no way to deal with any kind of customer. There is a phone number but is is disconnected.

This sucks

I sent some complaints about my order #337956 that I have never received. I just wanted a Ned Works lamp and a Meraki soap. They didn’t answer to my emails and deleted my comments on their Instagram page. It was so disrespectful. I have never seen that before. I really advise to never order from them. Their prices look attractive but the service is very bad.

UPDATE:
Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and I was able to get a full refund in less than 1 week. Of course, I did some screenshots of their fake messages saying that my order was ready. I will never order again from them.
