Firstly, the 3 star review isn’t based on the trainers, in fact the trainers are lovely, are they worth the price tag? probably not, but as these were a birthday gift for my son, the added extra of a dust bag and the presentation of the box made the gift of trainers feel ‘special.’
So, why the 3 star review? This is about the returns policy, unfortunately I hadn’t read it before I purchased the trainers and this is where I came unstuck. If you wish to return the trainers because they might not be suitable, especially if you haven’t seen them in the flesh or tried them on for fit and you wish to get a full refund DON’T use a discount code as this stops you being able to return them for a full refund and you are only able to exchange! Also, the cost of return is high, most companies still offer free returns, however, not here!
If the company were able to amend their returns policy and offer a free returns service I would happily give 4.5 stars.

Picked up the Carbon Black Atelier during a members only sale. Great price! Although I have not wore them out yet, you can’t deny the aesthetics on these sneakers. The quality looks great, no imperfections. Excited to style these!

I think the shoes look very nice, but there are a few problems. I got the shoes a few days ago and they were too big, so I wanted to exchange them for a shoe size smaller. but there was no answer. I sent 3 emails. Since I didn't get an answer, I tried to wear them (with ten fillers). They were still okay, but a size smaller would have been much better, and for such a price you have to have good service. Then came the problem with the color. I saw something colored on the front of my shoes and thought it was dirt or something, I looked at my fingers and they also had a bit of color on them. gabe tried to rub the black areas a bit and the paint got on my fingers, nothing changed with the shoe itself but for such a price I didn't expect the color to come across like that, I tried to make my shoes a bit tighter and my shoelaces are now full of little black spots. The shoes are really beautiful and I would buy them again 10 times but only if such problems don't arise

I had a great experience with Numerisfootwear. This is my second pair from them, and once again they didn’t disappoint. The quality is excellent, the shoes are comfortable, and they look even better in person. You can really tell they pay attention to detail.

Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived well packaged. Both pairs I’ve ordered have fit perfectly, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for stylish and reliable footwear. I’ll be coming back for more!
