REPLACEMENT PLATES
Needed replacement plates for unsightly ones that came with the car. Relatively swift delivery given that I live in the boonies. Appear well made and the dogs danglies. Only time will tell on their durability. Recommended.

Correct information sent for order
Correct information sent for order. Don't come back with correct information and also tracking number explains waiting for dispatch from numberplatesnext.
Say 24 Hour Royal Mail track postage beening waiting 5 days and same information as one email saying the same to everyone that places orders. Should of done my homework and check trustpilot.
Not sure if they sent the plates out or just false advertisement online stating 24 hours.

I completely understand your frustration, and I want to sincerely apologise for the delay and the poor experience you’ve had so far.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our deliveries, and we expect them to be delivered within that timeframe — however, delays have unfortunately occurred recently due to the bank holiday backlog, which is affecting dispatch and scanning times. I absolutely understand that this isn’t the service you paid for, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I have reached out via email previously to explain the situation and also offered compensation to make up for the delay, including a refund on your delivery cost. Your order has been reissued to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible.
I completely understand your disappointment and appreciate the feedback. We never intend to mislead any of our customers — our aim is to offer fast, reliable service, and it's clear we fell short here.
Really nice set of gel number plates
Once you have decided what type of number plates you need the whole process is really easy. Make your payment and send a photo of your proof of ownership and ID, it's as easy as that. Also reassuring as it lessens the chance of getting cloned. The company lived up to it's name and the number plates arrived the following day. Nice quality and looks really good, Many thanks.

Advertises themselves as next day plates but they are not? Even after they had been dispatched they didn’t arrive next day. I have sent two emails and have been ignored. Avoid

Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. Needed next day delivery, ordered Wednesday expected dispatch on Thursday and delivery on Friday, didn't dispatch till Monday and delivered Tuesday. Ignored all emails trying to cancel or request refund as had to by other plates due to delay. Very poor!

Nice 3D gel plates. Delivered the next day (albeit a day later due to bank holiday).
Needs protective layer between the plates in transit though, as a couple of gel characters were scuffed from the plate directly on top.

If your expecting actual next day delivery then go for another company. My order took 4 days to arrive and was met with no reply's to my chasing emails.
My credit card revoked the payment in the end.

Excellent service, they said next day and they meant it. Also with a readily available discount code made my plates the best the cheapest available online. I’ve read some less favourable reviews but in my opinion that’s down to Royal Mail which varies so much around the Uk. Will definitely be using again
