Excellent service. Second time I have used these guys and both times the new plates arrived within 48 hours, perfect in every way.

I don't know what is going on with the company. Ordered one set of plates in July, no problems at all, arrived promptly exactly as I would expect. On the back of that ordered another set of different plates over 10 days ago, still not received them. At one point their website had been take down. They have no telephone number (they publish one but it gives a recorded message). After numerous emails they say my order has been dispatched but nothing received. No apology or anything. Use another company. Feels like they may be in financial difficulties.

EDIT: After posting this review I was subsequently contacted and offerred a refund (which took several goes) which I have now received, and asked to "review / delete the published Trustpilot review".

The claim is my plates were "lost in the post". While I cannot disprove this, it doesn't feel like it to me. That is my personal opinion and yes I have no direct evidence to back it up.

Avoid these scammers!
Ordered 2 weeks ago and their website states next day delivery if ordered before 1pm. Nothing received and emails being ignored. Why can’t people just run an honest business anymore... (edit - after 3 weeks they read this review and decided to give me a refund swiftly followed by a request to delete the review)

Ordered plates which arrived relatively quickly and looked great. Rear plate had minor damaged (small bit of reflective white material showing through yellow). Several emails and over 3 weeks later no replacement. In fairness company responded to my review and apologised for manufacturer failing to send replacement. I am hopeful the issue will be sorted soon.

i placed an order on the 17th September. They took my money the very next day.
Uploaded the correct documentation, however have had no correspondence, no reply to my many emails, and a company phone number that doesn't work. It's been 3 weeks, and have had no confirmation or idea when or if my plates will be delivered.
Wish i had checked the reviews before placing an order!
