Rich high quality paints in vibrant colors
Excellent customer service…..when my kit had not arrived I simply corresponded via email and received the kit the very next day. The paints are high quality and “thick” with a very rich color. You can choose to “thin “ them by adding water. I have had kits from other places where the paint was “too watery” . I’m not sure you can fix that. Love that you can pick the difficulty of how many paints you want with each kit.

The kit came with several brushes
The kit came with several brushes. Six i think. A full color reference card. Also a big reference sheet where you can get help if you get stuck. The best part was the paint. Opened one after the other. All paints are creamy smooth and go on like a dream. Not half dried out and gloppy. Will buy again.

Number Artist products are exceptionally well thought out and executed with care. Their kits include everything needed to produce wonderful paintings. They also have skill level options and customs picture options. Their customer support is beyond excellent, very responsive and truly helpful. Great kit….came nicely packaged with absolutely everything you would ever need. Lots of options and deals which is always a bonus. Saw their ad on YouTube at some crazy hour of the AM and am so glad I made the purchase.

My package arrived a mess
My package arrived a mess. The package had been torn up and then retaped together. It wasn't even in a box. Just plastic wrapped up with added tape. Once I opened it, I noted two of the four paintings I ordered were missing, but all the other add-on items were included. I didn't think to take a picture of the package until after I opened it and found that two of the four paintings were missing. Now after months of back and forth between customer service who have stated numerous times I would receive them, I have been told I will NOT be receiving them., because I didn't take and can't provide pictures of the mess I received. Very frustrated. When I initially reached ut to customer service I asked if I could have the shipping company information so I could file a claim. This is because that information was not included in the messed up package that the shipper provided. I was never given that information to pursue remedy outside of Number Artist. I will not be doing business with this company again and warn all to beware. Very disappointed!!!!!
