My experience with Numan has been…..
My experience with Numan has been stressful to say the least. However, Wilfred in the support team has gone above and beyond to resolve my problems. Just one call with Wilfred put an end to months and months of back and forth which has been stressful and time consuming to say the least. Class A experience from Wilfred, it’s a shame I can’t say that about the rest of the agents/clinicians I’ve interacted with. Thanks Wilfred! 5* for Wilfred, 2* for Numan in general.
