Registered before making a purchase as per their instructions. I verified my account and then logged in successfully.
Then I paid for my plugin and was prompted with a message stating I will be able to download the plugin once payment had been confirmed.
When I tried to login afterwards, I was prompted with a message stating my email address was not recognised. I tried to reset my password and again was told email was not recognised.

Tread with caution. I suspect they are a scam website. If they are not, they need to fix their website.

I will be cancelled the card I made payment with. I suggest you make payment with a credit card for greater protection.

Update.

The company responded straight after I contacted them but it landed in my junkmail. I contacted them again and they were helpful in resolving my issue why my account wasn't recognised and they helped get my download. All very responsive and prompt.

I bought on July 19. And the plugin that I downloaded it wasn’t the premium version as they are selling. So I told them and the next day I get banned.
So I loose my gold membership. Don’t trust in this company, they are non responsible.

i am digitalross79, a platinum subscriber of nulledfire.com, subscribed this site on 06/06/2020. i have taken monthly subscription with 19.80 Euros and was given access for 12 downloads per day for one month, as a paid subscriber i am entitled to download 12 per day, and after 6 days they terminated/banned my subscription and saying that i am sharing their products to other sites which is a total nonsense. if you guys really have any proof of me sharing your product with any other please do share me the details and i am ready to prove that i am not such one. if you guys don't want to extend my subscription please return back my hard earned money, i am not ready to loose my money for some cheaters in the name of subscriptions.
If this happened on some miscommunication, i don't mind taking my words back, but first of all i want to know what exactly is happening with my subscription.
If you guys are really providing service to people, then do respond to my query here, i came here just because i didn't find any other option in the site to reach you guys.
So i kindly request you to look into this and get it sorted out.

There are many plugin sites and nulled themes, but here you are sure to have no surprises: no malwares and fast updates. Highly recommended

I'm getting addicted to it! with so many plugins and scripts I can't keep up! I do recommend it, plugins and scripts are clean.
