Excellent choice.
Many useful little things.
Prices ok.

Cooperation with you has been going on for several years now. And during this time you have not caused me any problems. A couple of times there were delays in delivery, but in general I can't call it a great difficulty. And so everything is fine.

Good specialized store with affordable prices.

Back in beginning of 2009, Null Audio Studio was known to be a pretty nice store of third party cables and remolds for iems and headphones on head-fi.org.
I then went for one of their cable that year like several other people and was pretty happy till the cable unfortunately broke a few months after. No problems here on warranty or whatever so on communication at that time from the company. So I returned back the faulty product for repair.
But now this shouldn't be as easy because it took almost 2 months before I ever saw it again and replies also went away for a time. The item arrived anyway after a very long wait and all seem turned nice again till it once again failed a week later. Now I'm not that stratified with everything.
In that I had to ask to once again to send it back again and no problems here he said. Though this should be the last time I should hear from him again. Another 2 months passed away and still no cable in the mail as well as no email were replied by I should expect anything or not. Also several other head-fi members had now reported over 3 months waiting and no replies as well from him. :(
At the end for me, it took 11 weeks and 6 days before a new piece finally arrived. Listen to music again I can, but such long periods of waiting and bad communication is not really good business in my eyes. That's why I'm only giving two stars. If the cable ever break for me again, I am so really considering fix it myself. Should take less time.
