Robust device, professional design
Even for non-tech installers the installation is straight through with pictures and videos through their app.
Smart construction device and smart cylinder (bought together) with a keyboard/fingerprint.
In the process of buying a second device.
Highly recommended!

I have ordered and paid. Nuki generated parcel number and did not send. Support is now playing stupid and not helping at all. After a week, there is only generated parcel number, parcel was not yet provided for shipment.

Bought the Nuki Smart Lock Go and it works wonderfully - have full local control and integrated in to Home Assistant. The Nuki Smart Lock Go also uses standard AA batteries making it easy to maintain. Normal key can still be used from the outside even if power fails or connectivity is just not there for any reason.

I’ve been using Nuki smart lock the last three years. I’ve never had a problem just upgraded to the newest one yet again simple easy to install. Cannot fault it as somebody who is a wheelchair user I can relate to open the door in case of an emergency and I do not need to carry keys around makes life very easy

Have had a nuki pro for two months but have not yet been able to install it. I have just had an email regarding their new keypad with nfc capability, this would be great for our house, contacted support explained the situation and that the product is still unopened two months on so the possibility of upgrading the the nfc (keypad only), just got very unenthusiastic responses very unhelpful, no suggestions of a good way to go about it or upgrade or replace, nothing, just a no you’re out of the 30 day returns window, we can’t help. A little bit of a let down in all honesty, I expected better off a company like this, and unfortunately all this means is that I won’t be buying the other two planned smart locks later this year, all they have done is hurt themselves financially. Good luck with that business model, shocking customer service.

`I have been a loyal Nuki customer (10+ devices), but their support is shockingly incompetent or intentionally deceptive. After promising a 100 EUR customs refund, I received 4 conflicting emails from Deborah:
March 4 & 12: Promised the refund "next week".
March 18: Suddenly claimed it was paid on March 4th (impossible based on their own emails).
March 19: Admitted a "technical issue" and that the payment never went through.
Since then, total silence. No SWIFT/MT103 proof, no money. I have screenshots of every single contradiction. Avoid this company if you expect honest customer service or respect for loyal users.`
UPDATE (March 24): Nuki replied with a generic template, but still NO refund and NO proof of payment (MT103/SWIFT). Passing this to "the team" has been your excuse for 20 days. As a professional installer, I am not interested in your templates—I want the 100 EUR you owe me. The 1-star review stays. I am already installing Yale and Tedee for my clients this week.
FINAL UPDATE (March 24, 2026):
The company has finally processed the refund of 104.25 EUR for the customs fees. The funds are currently showing as "pending" on my card statement. While I appreciate that the situation is now resolved, it took far too much pressure and a 1-star review to get the support team to take action after 20 days of excuses. I am updating my rating to 3 stars because the product itself is good, but the post-purchase support and logistics need serious improvement for international customers.
