Really easy to fit and remove without leaving a mark on the door. Works perfectly. Walk up to the door and as long as you are carrying your phone it just opens. Or there's a keypad as well.

Long term user since 1st Lock! No disappointments.

This lock has never let me down. But I did have to design a better way to fix on door.

I have 3 versions of the Nuki smart lock. I started off with the original version and have both the next one and the latest.
All work very well so far - the latest is a great upgrade - and all have been very helpful in everyday locking-unlocking tasks (remote lock-unlock, no more "I forgot to lock", etc.)

Always working which is a MUST for this type of product. You do not want to be stuck outside.

I have five Nuki locks and I am very happy with them. Nuki simplifies my life quite a lot.No need to go around and check all doors in the evening, no need to carry keys, easy access to the house for my children. The only problem I can see is unpredictable sensitivity of the lock when approaching house. In about 50% of cases it does not open the door automatically for me.

Works very well and has great design. Being adapted to european doors is a big advantage.

Very good product. Waiting for better battery efficiency in the future.

UPDATE: After contacting support for battery issue (one week performance - prompted by below reply NUKI) none replied with a satisfied solution for a long time period (tickets opened 757650 & 757953). Still waiting....

This was in fact due to my door being slightly misaligned which made opening relatively more difficult (fine for an adult with key but not for a kid for example) and so I kept getting errors on the lock which was not strong enough to rotate.
Support was unhelpful at a moment when I needed them most, the risk being that I was left with a door that could not be opened.
Response times felt like an eternity and the answers were only very generic.
Very stressful experience.

Now that all is working (after the man who fit my door came back to readjust it), I am absolutely happy with the lock along with the keypad 2, no one carries keys anymore here and I like the fact we could still open with a key in case of a bug.

This is a great device. Installed in some minutes (excellent instructions provided). Their website offers many docs and videos, and all needed resources. Device arrived in a couple of days, excellent.
So I can only recommend Nuki to everyone! :)

This is an amazing lock system. I have two locks, one was very straightforward, but the mortise lock I abandoned the step-by-step since it didn’t support it. Once installed, the lock system works extremely well, and the door sensor and keypad all connect easily. There are lots of options to configure, and personally, I abandoned the geofencing since it had undesired results a few times. The lock looks great and is one-button simple to use. The Apple HomeKit connection is flaky. It sometimes gives the wrong status of the lock, so use the Nuki app. The surprise feature is that I can ask Siri to open or lock the door. Lastly, be careful with the “open door” feature. I love that it opens the door, but if you are remote, you won’t be able to lock it. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I found NUKI very reliable. It works very well.

ok, my experience with Nuki is great, I've been using their locks since the second generation and I'm satisfied, reliability and usually good support and it looks like I'll finally get their replacement for the Apple key and the Aliro replacement for their keypad is coming soon…
