V2 wheel has cracked

V2 wheel has cracked. Nukeproof not interested in warranty as they have gone bust. I'll avoid buying any Nukeproof items in the future.

Probably a scam company nowadays.

I am trying to contact this company as a new customer willing to spend thousands for a new bike.

After a lot of frustration on their broken website (broken Dealer locator preventing from getting any reseller info), I used the only email provided in the contact section. So I emails them explaining I am trying to find how to purchase one of their bike.

Today here is what I received:
Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to info[at]nukeproof.com. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

Of course, there is no phone number to contact them. I will not create a facebook account just for this.

Just imagine if you have a warranty issue after purchasing.. Companies that are so bad at customer relations need resellers I understand, but come on now if you cant even set up a dealer locator and also are not able to set up an email address form yourself, then it is probably time to go out o business.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY A NUKEPROOF!!

I have a Nukeproof Mega, bought through Wiggle less than 18 months ago. Last week the frame cracked and I turned to Wiggle (as required by the Nukeproof Warranty) to raise a claim. Wiggle under the new Fraser Group ownership will not honour the warranty so I turned to Nukeproof directly.

This is their response:
Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
info@ nukeproof.com: (I've had to add a space after @)
Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up.

It is clear Nukeproof are in trouble so this is a warning to all not to buy a Nukeproof.

Finally got the Nukeproof I've been…

Finally got the Nukeproof I've been waiting for. Bike arrived with damaged rear rim. It's obvious this was done during mounting. Customer service responded quickly but tried to blame damage on me, like I had hit a rock. The tire never held air to begin with and the direction of the dent is very clearly from the inside of the rim.

It's been two months and now Winter is almost here. Was told the delay was due to the the of the season sale, but that was quite a while ago now and they seem to really not care that my bike is unrideable and I missed the dirt season all together.

Hope those end of seasoners that paid $500 less for the save bike got theirs in time though. Horrible customer service.

My dream brand turned to awful story by Nukeproof

I purchased a mountain bike from Nukeproof ( Nukeproof Scout 290 Elite ). After a protracted wait, the bike was delivered; however, it was missing some pieces, and one of the screw holes holding the bottle holder was completely stripped. It was unable to support any screws. They responded to my email by stating that I would need to purchase some items to fix it. They stopped returning my emails and didn't support their own product. They had no desire to exchange or return.
