I own several pairs of Nudie Jeans - Thin Finn, Lean Dead, Gritty Jackson etc. I can’t fault them. Superbly constructed, comfortable, stylish and all from an ethical company. I own about 20... See more

Great durability in production, not in jeans unfortunately. I bought expensive selvage jeans 9<250-300 euros), they got holes within 3-6 months. Very very very big disappointment. Customer service... See more

The worst company i have had the misfortune of dealing with.
Following on from my previous review. Nudie recieved my returned jeans back on 7 Aug (unworn, brand new). I eventually received my refund 25 August.
The service has been awful all the way through and the time taken for the refund is beyond a joke.
But low and behold, the issues havent ended. Upon checking my bank, Nudie have refunded £77.00 for an £84.00 order.
Jeans - £84.00
Delivery - Free
Please explain how my refund is £77.00?
The worst company i have had the misfortune of dealing with.
Happy with Nudie Jeans breezy britt in…
Happy with Nudie Jeans breezy britt in 100% organic cotton and made in Italy. I wish they would transition to compostable packaging rather than recycled poly mailers as not all countries recycle soft plastics widely.
It was a bit of a hassle to figure out my right size in 100% cotton, since they stretch a lot with wear, but that is true of all 100% cotton jeans, it's just i was more used with stretch denim so far.
I ordered the right size first but it seemed way too tight, so I ended up returning it for one size up (with the 10 euro return fee). Rookie mistake. The bigger size seemed perfect at first, but then stretched too much with wear. Thus I ended up reordering the first size I tried. The virtusize tool they have online definitely helps, but jeans will stretch one size if in 100% cotton.
Might have been easier if there was a Nudie Jeans store in Ireland. I recommend maybe try them on in store before buying, to save on carbon footprint and on the return fee.
Awful purchase
Awful purchase. I spent good money on these and they literally disintegrated after just 2 wahses in about a year and with very little use. The company takes no responsibility but schools you instead on wear 'n tear and how to put an undesirable patch on to repair them. Would not reccommend.
I bought 2 pairs at exactly the same…
I bought 2 pairs at exactly the same time, washed 1 pair and they shrank by circa 3-4 inches, clearly visible because I can lay them side by side with the pair I bought at the same time.
Nudie Customer "Care" have been nothing but evasive bordering on rude.
If I spend $300 on jeans and they shrink I expect immediate refund or replacement. I bought 2 pairs.... AND I can't wash the other pair in case the same happens...
So HUNDREDS of dollars wasted after told "Nudie are the best" - they are the WORST - never buy them.
terrible jeans
Great fitting jeans and awesome style - terrible longevity and customer service. The crutch of mine started wearing out after only a month of wearing them and they won’t take a return. Cool brand, crap jeans for the price you pay.
Worse quality than Primark
I highly recommend everyone avoiding Nudie Jeans. They are over priced and last 3 months before wearing through. They have a repair service which gave me an estimated completion date of 5 weeks later. 5 weeks later I get a call telling me they need to be washed the day you hand them in. Therefore I need to go back to the store pick them up, wash them and then send them back for repair. Joke.
Really poor
Really poor - bought a pair of jeans (high top tilde concrete black) from them online in their summer sale. Worn and washed about seven times - the button on the waist has sheared off! No way are these the same quality as they produced around 2010/11. The denim is much thinner and the jeans themselves poorly constructed with inferior stitching compared to the past. After buying a number of pairs from them over a 10 year period I won’t be back.
Comfortable jeans but short life
Comfortable jeans but you really should expect more longevity for the price. I have two pairs and one of them started coming apart after just a few months. The company's offer to repair garments free of charge is only useful if you're within a reasonable distance of their store, as they do not do this by mail.
I won't buy again.
Great Jeans, Fast Delivery.
I Have bought quite a few pairs of jeans from Nudie (approx 12 pairs). Quality is second to none & delivery from Sweden is very fast. No quibble on the returns (but you have to pay the return postage which is fair enough I suppose) however I have found them to be very slow to transfer refunds back to your debit card once jeans have been returned (and confirmation email sent that they have received them) & twice after two weeks I have had to email them asking where the refund is which prompted them to issue funds back right away.
I Will also add that no two pairs of jeans seem to fit the same even if they are said to be the same sizes & in the same style (such as Brute Knute, Grim Tim, Dude Dan etc). It really seems to be pot luck especially when buying online. But generally a very good site.
Great jeans, extremely poor customer service.
Nudie Jeans are great to wear and they fit really well, but the company let's itself down when things go wrong. I was sent a mislabelled pair that were several sizes too big. The store even measured them and confirmed the mislabel. But when they were returned the head office in Sweden took the jeans but refused to issue a refund. The customer services are very rude. I don't think they realise in Sweden how seriously other countries consider good customer service. Nice jeans, poor company. Buyer beware!
Wearing for over a decade
I really really really love my nudies. Ive been wearing them for over a decade and always go back!
I really like Nudie Jeans
I really like Nudie Jeans, I have ordered from their own webshop a few times, and it has always been a fast delivery and easy return when necessary. And some pants I have ordered there, has been very good and perfect fit. I also like their environmental focus, that the pants are ecological and that it's now possible to buy pants without a leather patch.
Good customer service
I ordered a shirt and jeans. The shirt was no longer available (stock error). They contacted me the same day and found a solution.
£7 to return an online order
£7 to return an online order? Terrible service
Aragant service
Been a shopper st the nudie stores for years, dissapointed with the aragant/nonchalant service from the dude behind the counter at Chapel St today.
Good selection of jeans
Good selection of jeans and I really liked the quality of the items. The shop is clean and modern but could the staff please smile more?
Very good
Last year i order a pair of jeans but was the wrong size so i had to return them paying the shipping costs. I wrote to the customer service and i received a very nice reply.
I gave the company a second chance this year and the experience was really great.
I received the order the day after!!!!!!!! The quality was (is) very good and inside the package there was a prepaid shipping label.
Great job!
I ordered 2 pair of jeans online but …
I ordered 2 pair of jeans online but soon realised that I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the customer service After an hour and asked to cancel the order but I was told that it can't be canceled instead I have to return them once they arrived. Now I received the jeans but have to $25 to pay for the rerun very poor and unfair customer service.
Good Quality, very fast shipping
Hey guys,
made one order at that store and was really fast delivered! the quality of the jeans is excellent and although the price was reduced by half.
Only problem were that ups charges you an extra fee if the jeans gotta be cleared for customs. so there will be an extra 20 dollars to the custom duties which is just crazy!! but nudiejeans.com has nothing to do with that so im happy with it. In the end nudiejeans sended me an email with a corrected bill so id not payed any taxes on it.
Happy with that jeans :)
Poor customer service
I bought two pairs of jeans a couple of days ago here at Nudie Jeans Soho. But I was told off today that I couldn't exchange them for a different size. I've only worn these at home for a couple of hours in the morning before realising I needed a different size. The guy at the counter, Gareth gave such poor customer service saying exchange cannot be done as its not in resale condition due to a few folds on the back of the jeans (that was because I was seated at home) - - and these few folds not in resale condition only reflected poorly on the quality of your jeans (if it is deemed of such high quality as advertised). Extremely unhappy on how he just dismissed the request without doing more or trying to keep the customer happy.
Not only did he refused to help, he also scoffed off when I was trying to make a point. He didn't make any effort whatsoever to smile or ask to help when I first purchased the jeans at the counter (the guys downstairs are super helpful in making sure I got the right jeans as I could only come back later to pay with my credit card but Gareth really gave bad service from the first day).
