I was one of the first users of…

I was one of the first users of nudge.ai and I really appreciate the product, but I have been asking someone to help me get my EHR included and no one will contact me. I have asked numerous times and I am left having to transfer all my notes manually which takes forever. I don't know why they won't respond. I even sent a message to the owner Oliver, since we talked quite a bit when I joined, but he hasn't responded either. I think I will have to transfer to a different note taker since I'm not getting a response from the company.
