Hello there. First of all im very grateful that you as a label are around and make the life of many rock/metal bands better and at the same time better for us as well.

Im collector since 1999 and I still colecting CDs and vinyl even these days you can listen anything from streamings. I want to keep alive the physical music and I want to support my favourite artists because they made me what im today.

I have bought many things from your label and the thing it impressed me the most was the packaging. The vinyl looks awesome. Inside plastic protective sleeves, great papers and colours and many times a good booklet. But my bigger complain is the sound quality.
As a metal fan I love the sound quality and that is one extra reason to buy more premium things from the bands. I wish you considering to give those vinyl to be mastered from a better mastering engineers. Optimal plants in general have good sound quality and can work ok for some standards releases but in some cases we want something better like Kavin Gray, Chris Bellman etc. Many audiophile rock, jazz labels releasing great sounding records and I feel a bit jealousy with them at times. That is my bigger complain about the metal labels. Metal fans need a better sound overall.

Other than that, im grateful for the package, and many box sets you made for some albums/bands and I hope you continue to make them. Just considering a better sound quality if it is possible and for the price you can raise it a bit and give the choice to the people.

Great experience. Had exactly what I was looking for. Checkout was quick and easy; but, even better was the merch was packed and shipped immediately. Received in great condition. Would definitely order from again.

As a musician, I'm always on the lookout for quality instruments and gear, and this store exceeded all my expectations.

My order containing 6 records (3 of them preordered) was cancelled yersterday "because of unforeseen circumstances". This is very upsetting, very unprofessional. Be assured that I will not order in the future from them.

Edit:
1. You have "contacted" me by sending me an empty email from a "noreply" email adress (the address has no reference to NB) with the subject "Confirm delivery address for order ..." One not reply to a "noreply" address, isn't it? And because it wasn't from NB, it could be a scam.
2. I have entered my NB account to ckeck the adress. The address was correct except the province name, wich I have corrected on the same day.
3. Today I checked it again, it was again incorrect but more, IT CANNOT BE CORRECTED, does not save the change (as I proved it in the small video capture sent to you today by email). The funny thing is that on the first screen the address seems to be ok, the province initials are ok.
4. However, since is not the first order from you, and the other orders have been delivered I don't really understand what was the problem.
So, I will mentain my rating, as I have explained above and in the reply sent to you by email today.
Your system is faulty and your communication skills are poor, and even now you don't have the decency to admit you were/are wrong.

Delivery a month and two days after I ordered, one of the LP's was bent on its edge and no answer from customer support, I have no reasons why I should order again.

I placed my order at the beginning of July and requested an update after 10 days. They replied after 5 days, informing me that one of the products I ordered was unavailable. I agreed to receive a refund for that item and eventually received the rest of my order at the end of the month. I also informed them that, despite being told the product was out of stock, it was still listed as available in the store, with 5 items remaining. I received no response. Overall, it was a bad experience. What else is there to say?

It took exactly one week from placing the order (and paying at the same time) until it was shipped. Each of the items was displayed as "in stock".
An inquiry after 6 days seemingly "triggered" the shipping, but I never got an answer to my inquiry.

I don't care so much about some records being shipped a bit sooner or later, but not reacting on customer inquiries is a no-go.

I am here for the same reason as many others. I placed an order almost forty days ago and I have zero information on the status of my order, it hasn't even been shipped. I sent them an email two weeks ago and they told me that they didn't have some of the albums, to which I replied them to refund the money for those and send me the rest. To this day, I remain the same. I sent them another email a few days ago and I haven't had a response. All this, having marked the priority treatment in my order at the time of purchasing it. It's embarrassing, especially coming from a record label of this caliber.

Placed an order like many others. Nothing change in order status nor replies to my emails asking for an update.

Processed a charge back via my bank instead. Curious to see if I ever get a response.

I ordered several times in the past with no issue (other than the expensive shipping fee), but today it's been a month I've ordered the latest DAATH album and my order is still not shipped. I tried to reach out to their support from various ways but no answer at all, not even a "we're sorry for the delay". I'm very displeased with the customer service right now, hopefully it will get better and I'll receive my order some day.

No order received for more than 50 days. I’ve preordered 5 vinyls on 15th of March value £132 + postage, total paid £144 Nothing received till today (1 of June)
I’m sending emails for last 6 weeks with no reply. There is no customer service and no phone number provided on their website. Good times for this company it’s a past.

I placed an order online on 30th of April 2024. It is now more than one month later and I haven't even had a dispatch notification. I have attempted to contact the online store 3 times via email, yet I have had no response. They do still keep sending me promotional spam by email though, which I find laughable. I am currently £60 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Ordered some CDs about one month ago, haven't received them. Sent them an email some days ago asking about the order but haven't received an answer.

Edit: it's now been 2 weeks since I wrote this review and I still haven't heard anything from them.

Years ago about 2007 I ordered from the shop in Donzdorf stuff for my wedding. Year or 2 later visited the shop and bought loads of vinyl. Brilliant experience. A couple of years ago went back and no shop. What happened. Was so looking forward to browsing and buying a lot of vinyl and other merchandise.

Placed an order (without "pre order" items), received a order confirmation email, received a payment confirmation email. And after 3 weeks of waiting, no shipment. Requested clarification by email, no answer. Requested clarification by social media (facebook messenger), no answer. Dialed hotline (for me is an international call), just placed on hold forever, until i gave up. All the links for customer support and legal obligations on their online shop are dead links.

I received the invoice today, April 4. For an order placed on March 17. Shipment is supposed to occur later today or tomorrow, let's see. Still no answers to the messages sent.
Nevertheless, I have bought from Nuclear Blast Europe several times in the past and everything went fine.
