Onboarding this morning with Vaibhav was straight forward and quick. All my questions were answered directly and clearly. I was reassured that Viabhav says he'll be available for any issues that may arise as we get used to our new system. I was also provided with a link to the Knowledge Base which seems easy to navigate at first glance.

It was a simple logical process. The equipment is plug and play. The technical configuration was expertly supported by Vaibhav.
