Nirvanas act in good faith and a transparent manner has allowed for a steady growth throughout the years. With over 250 employees Nirvana exercises a level of skill, care and diligence as expected of a first-class tour operator company. Our offices can be found in over 30 different locations throughout Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. We have recently extended and expanded our reach by opening and operating offices in China and Spain. By the mid of 2017 we are expecting to serve other locations such as Germany, France, The United Kingdom, The United States of America and Saudi Arabia. However, we aim to spread our wings all over the globe and reach even more international clientele within the next 5 years.

I booked with Nirvana Travel for the…

I booked with Nirvana Travel for the 2025 AJ Bell Great North Run coach, departing Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station at 12:30 on Saturday, 6th September. Unfortunately, the coach left without me, meaning I was unable to use the service.

The driver failed to contact me before leaving, which I feel is unacceptable. I was later told I could take a taxi to the M1 services and would be refunded for this, but I did not feel comfortable with that option — on a previous occasion, the same driver had left before the scheduled departure time. Instead, I had to drive myself, incurring fuel and parking costs.

Despite sending three emails (starting 8th September) and a follow-up phone call on 15th September, Nirvana Travel have refused to refund me or reimburse my expenses.

The service I paid for was not provided, the driver made no attempt to contact me, and the alternative offered was neither safe nor reliable. With the cost of living so high at the moment, being left out of pocket through no fault of my own is especially frustrating and disappointing.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Nirvana Travel.

I experienced very poor customer…

I experienced very poor customer service at a campaign in our office location in Abu Dhabi. The staff at the desk showed no interest in assisting me, preferring to look elsewhere or at their laptop. When I approached them for information about the company, they asked me to message them on WhatsApp instead of addressing my questions directly. Their questions about my origins and hometown made me feel highly uncomfortable.

Worth it, especially if you get the right people

The reason why there are mixed reviews may depend on who you get. I cannot rave enough about Mark (who is a stellar tri coach, and it shows and matters), and Ben the bike mechanic. I've used Nirvana for 4 ironman events, and my last was far and away the best. Worth every penny for peace of mind and fun. If you are spending money on an ironman, this is a bit extra that's worth it. I hope Nirvana continues to recruit people like Mark who actually know what an ironman entails.

Employees need to learn some human relation skills

Don't be fooled by the brand and the advertising. The employees are rude. Especially Mr Mohammed Gouda who claimed in his email to " do not hesitate to contact me anytime!" but was unreachable most times and when he finally called me back told me how I should not call him and did not respond to emails. So much for customer satisfaction. Its better to spend a 100 AED more than to be treated like a third class citizen. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS

Copenhagen Ironman

Hi all, just a quick note with reference to your rep Kamie Sword. We booked for the Ironman Copenhagen event and from the minute Kamie met us at the airport nothing was too much trouble. She even kept in touch to see how i was doing during the race. She is a credit to Nirvana and is one of the reasons we will be back with Nirvana. Awful company

Awful company , take days to reply to emails equipment promised wasn't what we got , no contact or credit given avoid at all costs
