I'm always skeptical of products from overseas but the Colucchi pins I bought exceeded my expectations. 5☆/5☆ product, so glad I bought extras.

Received. The product is authentic and the packaging is intact. I will recommend it to my friends.

The seller provided excellent service; when I received a damaged acrylic stand, they sent a replacement.

Ordered a pillow case and pillow insert… I got the pillow case but 2 weeks later still no pillow insert, I STILL havent recieved it yet, I also didnt get a track n trace, nothing, so no way to track anything or knowing where it is… I will adjust this review if I still recieve what I order…

Package arrived in one piece exactly what i ordered im happy 5/5 would purchase again

First things first, the most important part is that the item actually arrived at my doorstep (I ordered a Lacrimosa phone charm). The tracking number provided didn’t work for its journey from China to Canada. But when Canada Post got my package the tracking number was usable. It arrived in pristine condition with no damage whatsoever.

However, the phone charm did not have the black thread connected to it that’s used to tie it to a phone case like advertised. Rather, it had a keychain hook that is too thick to fit into any holes in the side of a phone case.

Luckily for me, I had one from a different phone charm and I was able to swap them and tie it to my phone case, but this would be a major issue for those who ordered and don’t have a spare threaded loop.

The quality of the phone charm is pretty good. The print is high quality and the acrylic seems durable enough. Though I am confused as to why the print wasn't protected in a layer of acrylic. Its exposed on one side which risks chipping of the print over time. Eventually the design would be ruined if left as is. Take this with a grain of salt, but i think all acrylic keychains and charms are like this.

My solution would be to put a piece of tape over the exposed side to add a protective layer over the design, preventing everyday wear and tear.

Overall, a good experience for me. However, tracking numbers, accuracy of the item advertised and item quality needs to improve.
