Speedy, courteous and professional
I ordered equipment online but misinterperated the filters available which I realised once I completed the order. I immediately emailed asking if the order could be amended accordingly and I pay an additional amount. Staff were quick to amend and forward an invoice with the additional payment due.
Once the order was received it had the original filters included so I emailed to advise and staff were again quick to respond and sent the remaining filters.
