It couldn't be easier to buy bonds on the NS&I app - the replies are always secure too which is good!

Fast and efficient

I found an old investment account book from when I was a child and was able to track down the dormant account which has a bit of money in it. I've started using it for savings and also opened a Premium Bonds account. The portal is easy to use but it's a bit painful moving money in and out, having to use a manual form. It does work but in this digital age, seems a bit antiquated.

I purchase Premium Bonds every month & have done for many years now. The process is so easy, as I pay by Direct Debit from my account. I am informed every month that my transaction had happened & my Bonds had been purchased.

My experience was good and there were no problems.

Its hard to know what feedback I give this company.

I pay a weekly standing order into a premium bond account and there is never a problem. Mony leaves a UK bank and is received by NS&I the same day. 5 stars.

I have not tried a direct debit payment. I like to tell them what I want to do rather than they tell me what they are doing. My money, my choice.

Withdrawing from a premium bond is a different matter. I found the action hard, and drawn-out when it did not have to be. Only 2 stars really plus a bottle of hair dry as I turned grey !

Quick and easy investment for premium bonds.

I win prizes on my Premium Bond account and it takes up to a week to see the money in my N S & I Savings account. E-mails confirming receipt take up to a week.

The process is very easy, notifications are limited to what is useful. Good way to save with the fun of winning prizes fairly regularly.

Being able to log to manage my account is really easy, but still secure.

So easy to put money away and always a chance of winning more than you put away but no chance of losing your money 💰

Easy to cash in and cash out. Website is far from perfect though, not intuitive how to check different accounts.

So far so good with NS&I. Had a win this year (nothing life changing but better than the bank offers)
I'll continue to save as and when and hopefully have a few wins along the way.
