What do you call a company that you clearly show, that they sold you used, incomplete sports equipment with obvious signs of damage, and this company claims that this is not true?

They are well aware, the damage did not occur during transport. They received photographic documentation which clearly shows that they sold and shipped me a bicycle with numerous damages that were very poorly concealed. They are liars.

We can assure you we only ship out new goods in original packaging.
Unfortunately, your order was delivered damaged during shipping. We offered several solutions:
1. Shipping a hardware kit to you and give a financial compensation
2. Swapping the machine – pickup this one and we ship a new one
3. Returning the machine al together.
We agreed on option 1 and has been fully carried out to resolve the issue.
As the product is now in good working condition, we are unable to approve to a full refund as the return period is expired.
We believe we have taken all reasonable steps to resolve this matter and hope you understand our position.
