My order was received 10 days after the latest delivery date promised. No update, Nothing. I have to constantly call and get a update myself. Also the second half was forgotten in their warehouse and this was delivered another day.
Not nice for a €1700 order.

Not recommended- not respecting lead times, false info on the page
I’ve ordered parts from this shop on the 7th of June with expected delivery date between 11-14 of June. Their webpage indicated that parts were in the stock. Till today 16th of June package was not even sent from the shop. Ive selected this shop mainly due to proposed delivery date but information that they put on their web page was not true. I hope that parts will arrive….

I buy a rack that was available on site 15-06-2025 and will be delivery 17/18-06-2025. Now i receive a mail that is not available and maybe be available on 17-7-2025. ONE MONTH WAITING FOR THE PART?? NOT SERIOUS COMPANY.
Trick the clients just for buy then this happen . Dont buy anytithing from them or you will be tricky as im.

Don't actually expect 7 day delivery.

It's easy to search for parts on their site I suppose, but the main thing that drew me to them was the weekend delivery and it's stopped my weekend plans more then once now.

Really bad experience
Bad experience. Perhabs great options on website, but super slow managing in reality. I'm still waiting 2 weeks for processing my order and package is still not even send.
Contact with they customer service is totally useless - just lies and BS...
