Finally a survey tool that actually gets opened

I've tried several feedback tools for my small business and the problem was always the same, customers just didn't open the surveys. The response rate was embarrassingly low.

NPSKit solved this immediately. The fact that it pulls your branding directly from your Google Maps profile means the survey looks like it actually came from your business, not some random third-party platform. My response rate went from around 4% to over 20% within the first month.

The setup took literally five seconds. Paste your Google Maps URL, get a branded survey, send it via QR code, email, or SMS. No account needed to start, no design work, nothing complicated.

What I didn't expect was how useful the comments would be. The score is helpful but reading what customers actually wrote down changed how I run things. I found a recurring issue I never would have caught from Google reviews alone and fixed it within
a week.

Genuinely one of the most useful tools I've added to my business this year. Highly recommend for any local business owner who wants real feedback, not just five-star noise.
