I bought the willow pillow because I have chronic sinusitis. The design for that is perfect, and you can tell all the materials are high quality. The only reason i’m not giving 5 stars is because I feel like the heat dissipates very quickly, fairly quicker than a normal pharmacy compress (but ofc here one doesn’t get the bespoke shape).
But overall happy with my purchase, delivery was fast. Would buy here again.
