Money not refunded due to missing plastic bag
I orderer many things already. One short one shirt were not the best size so I sent it back.
The shirt was not sent back in the plastic bag it arrived. They got it back but due to the missing plastic bag they did not return the money to me. That’s silly

As indicated in the return conditions on our website, to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received — this includes the corresponding plastic bag and tags. Unfortunately, in your case, the return did not meet these requirements, and therefore, we were unable to process the refund.
We also previously informed you that you could collect your item if you wished.

Ordered a padel racquet from Canada. All costs with shipping and tariffs were already in the final bill. In less than a week I was already in the court with my new racquet. Great buying experience from overseas.

Very trustworthy, if something is bad with quality you are assured. I would never order Nox products not from the Nox site because this is highly trustworthy.

Couldn’t be happier with these padel shoes!
The whole shopping experience was flawless and unbeatable — super easy to navigate, smooth checkout and the delivery time was unbelievably fast. I had them at my door in no time (less than 24h), which already set the tone for a great experience.
The value for money is simply outstanding. Quality is and feels premium, grip on the court is exceptional, and the stability they provide really boosts confidence during quick movements and turns. Incredibly comfy too — I played several matches in a row without feeling any strain or discomfort, which is rare for new shoes.
These shoes are a no-brainer. I’m 100% recommending the shoes, the socks and the brand.

Very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service.
Ordered a padel racket on 7 sept 2025.
Today is 9 sept 2025. They have not sent the racket for delivery. (Still in warehouse from my understanding). Other platforms will send delivery out within 12-24hours.
I tried contacting the customer support. No replies for 2 days. (As i am writing this message. There are still no responses)

Customer service is in another level. I can see the difference between ordering from Nox and ordering from other random websites such tiendapadelpoint…etc it is the customer service.
Dary Aquino is an exemplary customer service agent who is very helpful, happy to go to the extra mile and friendly.
