I was told samples were out of stock, I was told they would be sent out in a few days when they were back in stock, and I would receive a refund for the post and packing because of the wait.I thought fair enough and I appreciated the email and the refund but still no samples,very disappointed

5* experience - cannot fault them. Great service from start to finish from both Jake and the fitters - finished promptly and were a pleasure to work with/went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the carpets.
We’ve had a number of compliments on the quality and feel of the carpet already and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend. Will definitely be using again.

Brilliant carpet! We bought a similar carpet from another online provider previously for our bedrooms, super cheap but didn’t last very long :( The difference in quality with the new carpet we bought from these guys is incomparable!
