Your telling me that im getting charged more then netflix to play a laggy verions of the game i can play for free on my phone?

I use to ALWAYS go on on now.gg everyday. It was never a website to be paid on. it claims to be a FREE website, anyone can use it. Now, whatever game I wish to play I need to pay for a subscription before even touching it. This is disgraceful. Why even make a website claiming it's free to play, when you obviously have to pay? Some people don't even have the money for it, neither do I. PLEASE actually change things back to where they were. This isn't a threat, but most likely in the future the amount of people playing on this website will decrease tragically.

I never signed up for a subscription, yet now.gg still charged me. I've been trying to contact their support for over 5 days, and all I've gotten is silence. No resolution, no update, nothing.

After checking online, I discovered that I’m not the only one — tons of other users are having the same issue: unauthorized subscriptions, being billed, and then completely ignored when trying to cancel or ask for a refund.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam at this point. I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank and consider filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies.

Use at your own risk. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help.

Now.gg was the best website (it used to). I started it on maybe 1/3/2024 and there was no limits or fees to pay. But soon later I GOT TO WATCH 2 MINS!?!?! WHAT?!?! I was on Roblox playing with my friends typing something but I was typing fast as normal then soon later IT CAME WITH NUMBERS AND MESSES THE TYPING WHAT I'VE DID!!! Then yesterday I trying to play roblox on now. gg I GOT TO PAY TO PLAY THE GAME?!?!?!? WHAT?!?!?!? the payments were: 6.99,4.99 and 0.99 I CAN'T AFFORD THAT BECAUSE I LOSED MY CREDIT CARD!!!! IT JUST LET'S PEOPLE PAY THE PLAY THE GAMES!! I TRIED EVERY GAME AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PLAY THE GAMES?!?!?! WHAT!?!?!?!? now.gg needs a report and copyright © information so it can be banned right now. If you see the website report it Emediently so it can get copyright © information. And when the time you on roblox and a two minutes ad comes YOU COMPLETELY BE AFK FOR 2 MINS!!! And basically you did not know that the website is money hungry and it scams your account and your bank account. Please put it where it was and don't make it freeze, lag, stupid ai name (ana💀💀💀). Update your website like full screen, no lag, no freezes, no ads, stop being a money hungry website, no prime membership. Stop waisting everyone's time to pay the games that we want to play. Please put it back the way it was!

Don't spend your money on this website just to play FREE games!

DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE TO PLAY ROBLOX! You can't play in (real) full screen, and you can't move properly due to high ping. (I'm in Asia, so I guess it would be even worse in Europe or America.) The only good thing is the FPS, but it still comes with a lot of lag and issues. Just buy Boosteroid or another cloud gaming service instead—it would be a much better choice.

I don't get why they had to update it to make your screen tiny! Before it wasn't like that, now once you join the game you want to play, around the screen there's a whole bunch of ads! So all you can see of the app is just shrinked version. Please fix this!!!

I can't believe i spent around 10 bucks on now.gg premium and all i get when i try to play a game is, "Yikes Something Unexpected Happened" Every time i click play in browser. I'll be filing a dispute if this isnt even fixed and make a better website you dumb morons, forcing people to go and buy your dumb now premium.

alright, so I'll tell you why the reason why this website is so bad, first, when I noticed that I couldn't play Roblox on the official site, I tried to keep joining until I saw an ad about now.gg showing games. I tried to go in, BUT IT LITERALLY HAS A FIVE MINUTE TIMER, I LITERALLY THOUGHT it was actually 5 minutes, but it literally went to 2 minutes when I was trying to log in BECAUSE OF THE LAG. And when I tried to join my game, IT LITERALLY WAS 30 SECONDS, so basically you can only claim your daily reward if you're using this website.

Second, this website is so bad, when I literally one time I was lucky because when I was playing, I LITERALLY FOUND A BUDDHA FRUIT IN BLOX FRUITS, until THIS GAME LITERALLY JUST SAID "SERVER HAS SHUT DOWN" LIKE BRO I LOST MY BUDDHA AND THIS LITERALLY LIKE CAN READ YOUR MINDS WHEN SOMETHING GOOD HAPPENS IT LITERALLY DOESNT LET YOU PLAY. THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE EVER, do not ever go to this website.

Its so laggy, and now we have to pay aswell? its so much for such a laggy experience, the reason this site is used is because of the fact some of these games cant be downloaded BECAUSE of lack of money. please change it back to normal!
