I paid £359 for my Solar panels to be cleaned yearly for 5 years. They turned up the first year. I phoned them the next year and they said due to Covid they had not been able to get round. Now phone is disconnected and emails bounce back suspect a scam company.

Do not trade with this company

Do not trade with this company! They have taken money from my sister on 4 separate occasions between August and December 2020 and have never delivered the promised batteries. They are fraudulent and downright dishonest.
Now their email account and website have disappeared from the net.

Is this company still trading?

Is this company still trading?
Poor workmanship, faulty equipment, items paid for and still not delivered after a year, recorded delivery letters ignored, unnecessary equipment sold.
Avoid this company and save yourself money and stress.

Novus does not refund deposits in full!

This company uses misleading information to close a sale. I ordered storage batteries in July. That order was subsequently cancelled and the installation was carried out by another company. I paid Novus £2,000 and only £1750 was refunded. They keep saying that the remaining £250 is being paid to me but now, in late September this £250 is yet to arrive.

This company supplies storage batteries, but fails to finish the job

This company supplies and fits PV storage batteries and ancillary equipment. After pressure from the salesman Jonathan Williamson, I eventually bought four storage batteries from them - only two of which were ever connected up and in use - after countless phone calls and many promises to send someone to fit the remaining two amounted to nothing. My subsequent phone calls were not answered, also several emails to the office of the company were not even acknowledged - this saga has been rolling on now for eleven months!
This company just wants your money and has no interest in completing a job and creating satisfied customers.
