Avoid these scammers. My experience exactly as other comments. Today I have two payments pending on my account, both for £15.99 to I L learning whom I understand are learning platform. I have not authorised these payments. Had to freeze and cancel my cards and spend time talking with my bank.
UPDATE - they rang me purporting to be from my bank fraud dept, tried to get me to transfer all my accounts into one so they could close my account and switch to a new account. A few red flags for me in conversation. As advised I said I would call them back - they hung up. All sorted with my bank and complete bank scam !

I saw a series of books for several pounds cheaper than the regular (trusted) sources, so I gave them a bash.

I firstly tried to check out as a guest, but got payment errors, so I created an account.

There were errors appearing in the email field on their 'details' page, and my card payments were consistently declined with "Payment Error: 15005 - This transaction cannot be processed. Please check your card information or try again using a different card."

After receiving the same issue with a second card I emailed them with the issue and never heard back.

I'm not saying it's a scam, but I'm also not saying that it's not!

Their inability to process payments seems to be a pattern, and the fact that it has never been resolved (and yet they are still in business) makes you wonder how they're making any money.

Other reviewers have suggested that the banks don't trust them and so decline payments, which makes sense as the payment attempts got as far as the loading the card provider ID check thingy (you know the screen/window that I mean) before erroring.

There has been no subsequent fraudulent activity on either of my cards, but I will be monitoring closely, and I will do as others have suggested and contact my bank to notify them; always best to keep yourself right.

Their service/site just doesn't work so best to save yourself the headache, pay the extra couple of quid, and go to your usual vendor.

Exactly as the other reviews. I have had to cancel my credit card and put. Fraud warning up.

Website is a mess and payment isn't approved by any bank provider! definitely a scam website!
Also selling books to be delivered in 2 business days when they aren't released for 2 months yet!

I want to warn others that this website is a complete scam. Just like many other users have reported, it’s clearly set up to trick people into entering their credit card details, one card after another, without ever completing a purchase. There’s no possibility of fulfilling any orders—it's all about capturing sensitive information for fraudulent purposes.

What makes it even more concerning is that I was directed to this site through a Google Ad, which gave it an appearance of legitimacy. It’s deeply troubling that a platform like Google is unintentionally promoting such malicious content. This website needs to be reported immediately, not only to protect others from falling victim but also to prevent it from continuing to spread through paid advertisements.

Please be cautious, and if you’ve come across this site, avoid entering any personal or payment information. Report it to Google and other relevant authorities to help shut it down.

Thank God, This website seems to have been removed from the Internet.

As others are saying, when trying to order it comes up with an error. Inputted my details and card details, will be cancelling my cards.

Had two cards declined. Came to this site to see if this was something to worry about and it sounds as though it might be; some of the reviews here reporting the same issue are more than a year old. I cancelled my cards.

Scammers !! Like others payment cannot be processed - safe key doesn’t work as credit card companies don’t trust them! Lucky escape

My experience is exactly the same as the others commenting on here. I got an error message twice and then I decided to check on here since it was a new website I hadn’t used before. So I went onto my banking app immediately and got my card cancelled.

I had the same issues as other reviewers,

An error message saying..

“Payment Error: 15005 - This transaction cannot be processed. Please check your card information or try again using a different card.”

Contacted my card issuer and cancelled my credit card. Seems it’s a phishing scam.

I tried to buy a book from this site. First card was declined and I was aked to try another card. THat too was declined. I looke for a phone number and found Novum Publishing.When I got through they told me that the Novum Books site was a phishing site and they wanted my card details for fraud. I rang my banks security immediately and cancelled the cards. Avoid Novum Books at all costs or it might cost you dearly.

both card payments didnt go through, come to find out money has been taken from my account more than i initially was paying for. no email, no track order nothing. been scammed, fake wesbite, cant trust. DONT BUY. shouldve checked review orders coz those prices were too good to be true anyways!!!

Like many people on here, I experienced payment issues. Payment Error 15005. Tried a couple of cards. Do not buy from this website.

Like others leaving reviews, I had my card declined several times then tried a different card, same error message. Called my banks to report. I wouldn't trust this company, it looks like it's been going on for some time so probably not a glitch as they claim!

I am very suspicious of this website. As with previous reviewers, payment details are rejected with an unhelpful error message and no order goes through. The contact number on the website is an answer machine with a computer generated voice. My bank suggested that there can only be one reason for setting up a website like this.

I worry about this cheap book company. Like others it looks as if 2 of my card details were falsely declined just for them to get the details for illegal purposes or to sell to others for the same purpose. The whole experience smells of a big phishing scam.

Credit card payments not accepted. Tried twice with two different cards both failed with error message 15005.
Took no chances, although confirmed that neither transaction went through both cards cancelled with respective fraud departments.

Scam website! Entered my card details and got error messages, cancelled my card immediately, my bank has now confirmed fraudulent activity on my account. Somebody trying to use my cancelled card in Manchester for hundreds at a time!

I went through the details of entering Mr address and details, AND my credit card details, I couldn't get any further. A message told me there was a problem.
Yes, I bet there is a problem..... you have all my details. Don't trust Novum second hand books,
