Novora is exactly how every business should be run and honestly I can’t say enough good things about them. Me and my wife hired them to renovate our forever home and from day one Ali and his crew totally blew us away. You can really tell Ali has incredibly high standards because that quality shows in every single person on his team, it’s not just a sales pitch, it’s clearly how they actually work every single day. The communication was also next-level because Kendra from the office checked in with us every single week like clockwork, even when there wasn’t a huge update just to make sure we were doing okay, and we actually became such good friends with her that we’ve kept in touch long after the project was even done! But what really made us fall in love with this company was how they stepped up during a massive personal crisis when I ended up in the hospital mid-project. Since my wife wasn’t in any state to drive herself down there, Ali actually left the job site to drive her himself just so she could be with me. In that moment we knew we weren't just a paycheck or another job on the calendar. To Ali and the entire crew: thank you from the bottom of our hearts for not just building us a home, but for being the kind of people who look out for others when it matters most, you guys are truly one in a million and your character is reflected in the amazing work you do. We are officially done looking for contractors because the Novora team have our business for life. THE LEVEL OF CARE AND SKILL THIS COMPANY HAS IS COMPLETELY UNMATCHED, IF YOU WANT A TEAM WITH BOTH ELITE TALENT AND A HUGE HEART HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!

It was a great company, I referred a few of my clients to this company for remodeling the house, they did wonderful jobs at readable prices and all my clients are very happy. I will highly recommend this company for all your construction and remodeling the house.

Ali (the owner) is great. Very knowledgeable, kind and easy to get along with. Out of all the builders I met Ali was the only one that felt like a friend. Made the process go very smoothly. I loved each moment of it and received weekly updates. Kendra was always giving weekly updates even when nothing had changed. I would definitely recommend this builder to a friend. In fact my brother in law who’s building a home within a couple months is Decisisng to go with them as well and he won’t regret it. All my needs were met and the staff especially Kendra were delightful to work wirh. I even called Ali at 11pm freaking out over a bank financing issue and not only did he answer but took care of it the next day. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this company we hired them to make our home more accessible for my dad who has been struggling with mobility and now uses a wheelchair and from the very beginning they treated us with so much care and respect it never felt like we were just another project they truly treated us like family they took the time to understand what he actually needed day to day and made thoughtful recommendations that made a real difference in his comfort and independence and during demolition when everything was turned upside down and my dad could not get around at all they even made sure groceries were brought in for us without us having to ask which honestly meant more than I can put into words the work came out beautiful but what really sets them apart is how much they genuinely care they made a stressful situation feel manageable and I am so grateful we chose them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
