Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Quick, efficient and great communication throughout. We have used this company twice for 2 house moves and honestly, we wouldn’t go with anyone else now! Great value for money too. Highly recommended!

Excellent Customer Service and professional movers!
The customer service was really good since the beginning Dhru, answer all my questions and Rakesh call me inmediatelly when I needed more information, the day of the movement two man and one big van arrived and magically fit all my stuff in it, I couldnt understand how they did it. We were a bit late because of the amount of things they had to load. I would certainly recommend Novo Logistics, and next time I move, I will quote directly with them.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I was nervous about planning a flat move out of london to Sussex, but the whole experience was seemless.Josh & team replied instantly, Rakesh kept me informed at every step, the moving team were on time and ready to go and friendly, courteous and extremely polite helping handle the goods with kid gloves! I woul not hesitate to recommend. Thanks for taking out the stress!

Brilliant home move service
Brilliant service. I got the 2 vans and 4 men service to move out of London. They handled my belongings with even much more care than I would have myself.
They arrived right on time, and the team was very friendly. They were quite accommodating to my requirements at both ends of the move. They made sure I was happy with where everything was placed before they closed off the job.
I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle-free move.
