I am so pissed I paid 65 dollars for the cutest set only to be very dissapointed by what I recieved . It is completely different than what I ordered, the fabric and colors are dramatically different than the pic. The set looked high end and deep rich colors . And I literally got flannel pjs. I AM SO ANNOYED !!!! I am never buying crap clothes of instagram ever again.

The items are cheap fabric, badly made and awful fit. Nothing like the advertising . They will constantly fob you off with ridiculous offers of $15 or their company policy is refund only if you send back to China!!

Really disappointed. The items are made of poor-quality material. I’ve contacted them through Instagram and email, but their response is extremely slow. When they finally replied, they asked me to send photos and highlight the issue—even though I had already explained it was about the overall fabric quality, which can’t be fixed. I also informed them that I’m traveling and need to return the items, but received no response and no one came to collect the return.

The order I received looked nothing like the picture. Material was cheap. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I’ve emailed them and got no response. So I’ve lost money to these scammers. Don’t order from them!

My package hasnt arrived yet and they dont even give a tracking number or anything. They dont even answer. I didnt even get a confirmation email.

This company is fraud. I ended up loosing around $400. They took forever to ship and I never received package nor did they helped or cared to figure out where the package got lost. They said to resent the package but never sent it. You’ll end up loosing your money.

Awful experience. Please do not shop here. The fabric is transparent, really cheap. I got two dresses from them managed to take one from them but wanted to return the other one cos it was really short but they will discourage refunds and will offer you $4 and told me keep the dress for dress I paid $60 for (which shows how cheap the garment actually is)

Very cheap quality a complete rip off.Doesnt allow you to leave a review on their website and instead offers you a 25 per cent discount for next purchase.product doesnt look like picture .The only way to communicate to them is via email.The dress is see through made of cheap fabric

Awful experience. Please do not shop here. The fabric is transparent, really cheap, but they will discourage refunds and will offer you $3band tell you to keep the dress. ,(which shows how cheap the garment actually is).
Then when you refuse based on your consumer rights, they tell you it's expensive to return to China (which it is) and offer you $5. I am not kidding.
Then when you insist that is not fair they say you must track the item, it costs way too much.
Then they tell you they never received the item and will not refund you.
Because it is international I can only track inside of Ireland.
Such a mistake ordering from here. Do not order from novodivo.
The only real outcome I will get is if I save someone else the misfortune I had.

The dress material was nice but what I got was not what it's shown on the picture. The dress is supposed to have a really low back and what I got was not that at all. The back was sawn to the top. Am I supposed to take it to alterations? It wasnt expensive but I'm not willing to pay an extra $50 to have it fixed. I wouldnt be writting this review it I was able to return it but you have to pay for returns back to China. NOT WORTH IT

I wrote a review on here after receiving a plastic dress that looks like a bin bag and they emailed me and said if they refunded me $15 would I take it down… I said yes hahah (was never going to delete it) and they said ‘ok refund processing delete please’ how are compans allowed to do this?

DO NOT BUY the items on this website.The site is so big ,I buy size S but look like M. Then I want to return ,but they will offer refund $3 and just keep the item,or another choice is 25% discount next purchase,if return items- I must pay the fee .It is very expensive because they r from china
This is really SCAM.- the item is not quality and wrong size .When you buy it,it mean throwing money away,loosing money

I second the passive aggressive emails. I never received the item I ordered. SCAM. DO NOT order from them.

The ad of the skirt shows a beautiful cotton fabric, what I’ve got is a horrible bathing suit fabric. But not only that, I notify them that I didn’t want the skirt before they’ve sent it but they sent it anyways. I didn’t check on time that it was a Chinese store, I will NEVER order clothes from these Chinese stores, this was my last lesson to learn that the picture is completely different from the item they send. Not anymore.

Total scam site, items from amazon and sheen are WAY better.

A complete scam. I received the wrong item and the client service refused to refund me or have it back, sending passive-aggressive emails in turn.

i ordered a skirt and top 2/12/2025 for a trip i planned for 3/4/2025. when i had not received the order by 2/19/2025, i emailed them. was assured i would receive it in time for my trip. i received the order 4/3/2025. the product was cheaply made. HORRIBLE. Now i want to return...no response from them

Suitable for the price. Nice fit and best for night party.
