Not Happy
I have been trying to contact Novita in both Manchester and London but no one picks up the ‘phone. Just get an automatic response as in - I am transferring you now- then the line goes dead. I have e mailed them as well and still nothing. Are they still operating here in the UK with particular reference to being in Manchester.

Worth every cent!
Bought both engagement ring and wedding rings from Novita. From the first encounter we had with designing the engagement ring, to then designing our wedding bands was special. We truely loved the idea of making our own wedding bands and making it custom to us, with the engraving of our wedding date as well. It upsets me that I can’t wear it now but I know once I do it will be of favourite piece (besides my engagement ring of course) of jewellery I own! Thank you for making the experience and the design process so easy!!

Stunning diamonds and jewellery, smooth and easy process
Both my stunning platinum engagement ring and perfectly paired pave wedding band were made by Novita Diamonds. Novita are lab grown diamond specialists!
The wife and I cannot recommend Novita Diamonds Sydney anymore highly. The knowledge, professionalism and warmth of their Diamond Specialist was second to none. The quality of their lab grown diamonds is showcased in the photos on their website. I could not afford a 1.8 carat round brilliant diamond when I first got engaged. I made a promise to myself that one day I would upgrade my wife’s engagement ring to a round brilliant and I just recently learnt about lab grown diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are REAL diamonds made from pure carbon and are a much more affordable option than mined diamonds. Novita Diamonds are a highly reputable company and trusted specialists in this field. The wife and I strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a diamond for any special occasion should consider Novita Diamonds first.

Novita is everything you could ever want and need in a jeweler
Novita!!! Where do we start. You provided nothing short of exceptional customer service from the beginning. The website allowed us to customise our perfect ring and was so easy to use. The price was highly competitive and the quality was unmatched. The pick up process was seamless and the staff were so kind and accommodating, providing recommendations about how to keep my rings clean and safe.
So impressed with this business, I will never shop anywhere else.

They sent us so many updates and were incredibly quick with their communication. Literally one of, if not the best customer experience I have had. Engagement ring & wedding ring
Went to purchase my fiancé’s engagement ring 2 years ago and had exceptional service from the initial consultation all the way up to the collection of the ring and also free unlimited cleaning.
Returned 2 years later in 2025 in preparation for the wedding and Sanya was once again able to assist and make sure we picked the perfect rings for the big day.
