I booked an online consult to go through different engagement ring designs. Marianela was great with helping me work out a custom design and select a diamond. Afterwards I got to make adjustments to the digital CAD mockups they sent me before committing to the final design. They were prompt with making the requested adjustments, and the final product turned out exactly as we'd agreed on. Their pricing was also very reasonable for a custom ring

It’s been six months when I first visited Novita Diamonds - Brisbane and it was Ludwing who welcomed and accommodated me on choosing the perfect engagement ring for my partner.

I came to the store with only a limited knowledge of engagement rings and their sales consultant Ludwing was very helpful with sharing his expertise and knowledge based on my needs. He thoroughly explained each type of diamond and its differences to one another.

After the intricate explanation of Ludwing, I have the chosen the perfect engagement ring that suits the personality of my partner to which I proposed on my birthday last year and with the Brisbane River and Story Bridge as our perfect background.

The moment she had the glance of the engagement ring, her eyes just sparkled and the smile of her beauty radiate elegance just like the diamond ring.

And now, we’re getting married this 25th of May and this wouldn’t happen without the help of Novita Diamonds.

First of off the lab diamonds they have are stunning and the associates are very knowledgeable and honest and helpful. I booked an appointment for and engagement ring in November and mirabel from Adelaide helped me customised my desired lab diamond and ring and had it made and delivered in 3 weeks time. It was the best and the most stunning engagement ring and of course “she said yes” a day after I collected and and proposed. Everyone said the same thing the ring is stunning!!! Thanks no it’s diamonds!!!

I waited nearly 2rs before leaving a review because I wanted to ensure the quality was lasting. Rest assured, Novita lab diamonds look, feel and behave exactly like mined ones, even 2yrs later.

I purchased a pair of Novita diamond studs (1/2ct ea), I absolutely love them and wear almost every day. They haven't lost any sparkle and the construction has remained very solid. I also have a pair of lab diamond studs from another reputable manufacturer, and there is a notable difference in the quality, particularly the construction. I actually lost one of my others because the back came off. It would be incredibly difficult for this to happen with Novita's earrings. They lock in very securely.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Novita to anyone looking for diamond jewellery regardless of the jewellery type.

My engagement ring has a VVS1 D diamond and it looks exactly like my Novita lab diamond earrings. I'd never buy mined diamonds again.

I have to say, I was really impressed with how easy Novita Diamonds made the entire engagement ring shopping experience.
