Dress was poor quality and not like the images on the website. Their office is based in Netherlands so I’ll have to cover the returns cost internationally which will be about half the transaction value. This returns policy should be more visible on product page - I wouldn’t have bought from them if I knew this up front - don’t make same mistake I did. I will avoid the brand in the future.
I ordered a dress for my girlfriend — she absolutely loves it. Gorgeous colour, great fit, and she’s been wearing it non-stop. Delivery was smooth and customer service was responsive. Highly recommend Novimae!
