Worst experience ever finally managed to make some money on the casino and then they asked for five weeks for all different types of verification, including a phone verification with my voice. After all that happened they could not find any more excuses and they shut down my account, worst customer experience ever.

Pay attention on the rules of everything for this betting service, it's everything under the rules and if you not pay attention you loose your winning money.

Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. They have owed me £950 for over a week.
They first told me everything had been processed and would be given to me within 3 working days. Failing that, if it doesnt reach my account within 3 working days, they would provide me with an ARN code so my bank could locate the payment. 2 days after the point they should have given me this code, they once again moved the goal posts to 8 working days, claiming that there was an issue with visa payments.
All this after claiming the issue was because they didnt pay me with visa direct ( which btw, they never have, and i have emails from them saying they both do and do not use visa direct, and have never and will never provide me with this service )
Its been lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. They say the money is now the banks issue, but they wont even offer me proof of payment, to help the bank locate.

If you want your winnings to be lost, dont even think about betting with novibet. Their website is nice, their odds are okay, but their customer service, and their lies, are enough to make a gambler lose more hair than they already deserve.
