Shipping took 3 weeks

I ordered 3 tins on Nov. 26, 2023 as Christmas gifts. They charged me $65 immediately but as of 12/14/23 they have not shipped my order. They have no phone number and I’ve sent 3 emails through their website, and received no response.

Editing this on 12/15/23: raising from 1 star to 3. Finally got an email response today, and the order was delivered today. There isn’t any indication in my account on their website that it had ever shipped and I never received any kind of shipping notice.

The tins are OK, they are a bit smaller than I expected. Not sure how good the tea is as they are gifts. The box they were shipped in wasn’t taped so I’m amazed they arrived still in the box.
