Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service, the way in which you deal with your customers MARKEE is absolutely disgraceful!! You certainly need to learn "RESPECT PLEASE", as you rudely told us too after simply requesting our login details. You told us we didn't reply to a question to which there was no question, so we simply replied ??? And we got this absolutely unprofessional simply rude response!

May I suggest or even insist you book yourself on a customers services course!

My subscription ran out today

My subscription ran out today, tried contacting them after being with them for 2-3 years, no response so opened a ticket to chat with them. Markee closed it straight away. Marker has also told me in a email to go somewhere else and pay a subscription, as you will see in a copy of email below;

Change is inevitable. We hope you are using the latest app as we have announce since January 2024 to use the latest app. If you are not using the latest app from us, you will not achieved the extreme performance of our app. It will only takes few minutes to install the latest app. If you will not use the latest app, its up to you. If you complain of intense buffering and freezing, channels will not load up it is up to you. We have announced in the group and if you ae not in the group, its also your choice. But if you keep on complaining. You can go somewhere else who fits your attitude. Being close minded person.

Yes you are paying for your subscription but we cannot take any risk in terms of safety and security. We have to update our app from time to time and we announce that in our discord group. We have been telling you to join our discord group for years already. If you do not want to join we respect that.

If you do not want our help, then don't email us.

If this is not good enough for you, it is not our lost. We never lack in explaining and helping you the best way possible. It is you who refused help from us.

If you do not like changes we do on our system for safely and security, you go somewhere else cheaper where it is very easy to put the system down.
I WOULD NOT Recommend this company to any of my friends from now on

The streaming service is very good

The streaming service is very good, but of late the discord service after 20.00 hasn't been good, they do tell you after that time you may not get an answer, the customer realations is poor, when I complained I got verbally abused and told to use sky, I got an apology, then I left told them my reason but got a disparaging email back, would I use them gain probably, but they need to know your the customer

Requested free trial and waited for…

Requested free trial and waited for email. Nothing for several hours and then sent messenger query. Nothing. This morning asking why I had not used the trial. Found the email in spam box. Told them this and they said I still had a few hours to review. I told them not to bother. There are many suppliers around. Then got a very curt email trying to say that it was my fault the email had gone to trash. It wasn't in trash but spam but they don't seem to know the difference. I would therefore question so many 5 star reviews for customer service if this is an example or did I get a rogue employee?
I think this Sat's it all , complain 31st July reply 28th Sept. JOKE!

Hello, during the signup process it clearly says 3 times check your spam folder.

We get a lot of time wasters so it is our policy to not just give out trial after trial when people do not use it. You had a few hours left on your trial so could have use it (as we suggested), then if you needed more time we could have granted. we have so many 5 star reviews because of our great service to our paying customers.


I see no issue in the way you have been dealt with.

Within an hour of requesting the FREE…EXCELLENT APP & SERVICE

Within an hour of requesting the FREE trial I had the App installed and watching TV, films, series and catch-up with perfect quality. The following day I purchased the Multi Room package which is by far the least expensive than lesser quality providers. The Customer service support is amazing, no more than 10 mins to get a reply to any inquiries I had. When I was sent the trial app link the easy to follow instructions were so simple to follow meaning I was up and running in just a few minutes. Although a very recent customer I Highly recommend Nova Streams.
