As per all other one star reviews my experience is exactly the same. Ordered a mens sweater that supposedly had an embroidered stag motif, leather elbow patches and quality fabric. It did not have any of this. Usual offering 10% refund etc. saying international shipping would cost me too much to return. I noted the sender details was in the next suburb over so they offered a 40% refund. I have now put a complaint in to PayPal.

* NO FREE RETURN, you have to pay for it to return the item to CHINA which is more expensive than the garbage they send you.
* Novant 'offered' 15% return, an insult but thats how they make money
* misleading website : fake shopfront, picture of item I ordered does not resemble the crap quality I received
*reported themto the police

Ordered a beautiful sweater and was sent a piece of cloth with a picture of a sweater dye-sublimated on it. Complete garbage!!

Received a shirt costing AUD162 95.
Totally unwearable.
Fabric is rubbish quality and so sheer that you can see your hand through the fabric.
The size is so small that the shirt won't go past my head.
The quality if craftsmanship is so bad that buttons and button holes don't line up.
Upon receipt requested a refund as per consumer law.
Offered 10% refund which I refused. Then offered 20% refund which I also refused.
As a final offer was offered a 30% refund and I pay for courier cost to return to their Chinese factory.
This company is a total scam. You are better off donating your purchase price to your favourite charity as this is a criminal enterprise run by Chinese scammers who have no conscience nor morality, only criminal intent.

I ordered a ladies coat, the picture was just what I'd been searching for.... But they are scammers. They sent a cheap piece of cloth not fit for purpose. £ 50 FOR HUMILATION. DO NOT BUYFROM THESE CHARLATONS.

Absolute Bunch of Criminals. Advertises as a French Website and shows Fake Reviews a Fake Shop front, Fake Images of high quality Clothing with “Express Shipping from Royal Mail” Item arrives weeks later… NO better than a flimsy single layer of fabric… At Best a FANCY DRESS item. Joke offer of 40% refund. CHINA merchandise fit for the BIN. Avoid Avoid Avoid. !!!!! SCAM

Totally disregard their refund policy. My story is similar to most others. I actually checked their refund policy prior to ordering which included the following:
5 days to process the refund
customer responsible for return shipping
- what they don't mention is that the returns are to go to China and you have to go through a tortuous and long winded email process to establish this. I finally established the address in China after several emails with responses from different staff (different names anyway) all of which contain platitudes and offer of refunds - 10% first time and 20)% when that was rejected. It then wasn't worth the cost of the freight to return the shoes I had ordered, which were ill fitting (for my feet anyway). So this organization cannot be trusted - be warned, be wary give them a miss.

Complete scam!!!! Never again will I buy from this company!! What a joke!! Bought an item that cost £50 looked nice on line (images) take over two weeks to receive it. Once I opened the package, the item was unrecognisable, wrong size, total different colour and above all the quality was shocking. I emailed them, once I found out myself what their supposed returns policy was. Offered 10 percent discount. Finally, they agreed for the item to be returned to their uk, london "business" address, only for the item to be returned to me! I emailed to ask why on earth as this happened and they said I was advised wrong and it should be returned to China!! not only that, but they expect me to pay for the return of the item again!!

NO CHANCE!!!!!

Update: I disputed this charge and got my money back. Worth a shot!

A familiar story:Terrible fit for sweater I ordered and an offer of a 10% refund to avoid international shipping. Have never had such a bad experience with any company. I’ve reported them to Google and you should too if you had an experience like this.
Also, they literally and brazenly lie on their site to report high ratings on Trust Pilot.
Note: Do not confuse them with Novant Health. Totally unrelated.

This company is a scam. All the 1-stars are completely accurate. Super cheap clothes. Returns are not possible. It’s equivalent to throwing money away. Shocked this company is allowed to ship to the US.

Do not buy from this company, the items are not anything like the website, delivery timescale is weeks and weeks and when it arrives the items are faulty thin fabrics - and can only be described as RAGS & the after sale guarantee means absolutely nothing absolutely non existent. If only I had read the reviews before I purchased from them.

Sorry I didn’t check reviews before ordering. I thought “novant.fr” indicated a French company after checking out the website, but it is Chinese. The sz S blouse I ordered MIGHT fit a 12-year old, and when I wrote about the “hassle-free shipping and easy returns” I was advised they would save me the trouble of an international return (the shipping envelope indicates Vernon CA) by offering me 10% of my purchase price. Also be aware that what you receive may not match the website picture, and that a few of the 5-star reviews are apparently bogus to raise the response average to 1.3: check them out. Complete scam: reporting to FTC.
UPDATE 1/4/2026
After advising this company that I was alerting BBB, FTC, and econsumer.gov, I was given a final offer of 30% of my purchase price and sent a return address (at my expense) to Ningbo, Zheijiang 315100, which I will have to look up. However, I suspect that the complicated conditions (arrival, inspection, verification) for a full refund will preclude any reimbursement. Ignore special offers/gifts/sales: this company should be banned or at least red-flagged, but cautions assume that consumers will think to check for reviews.

Bought a ladies shirt for $99aus.onsale ($199 normal price) which arrived 5 weeks later and wasn’t what I’d expected . Saw it for sale on Temu fo $20 aus. Complained and got a pathetic reply. Be very cautious when considering buying from Novant. Helen

In agreement with others- the men's ' 'jacket ' bore no resemblance to that advertised, being more of a cheap material sweat shirt and was completely unwearable. No possibility of a genuine return. The goods came from an individual versus a company and yes like others, I felt completely 'scammed ' DON'T USE!

Do not use this company. Low quality products and don’t honour their returns policy. They need to be taken down.

Una verdadera estafa, producto engañoso, nada que ver con lo que se muestra en la página, I ordered from Novant and the quality was shockingly bad — the worst I’ve ever received. The products look nothing like what’s shown on their website.

Their site says they’re based in Amsterdam, but the items actually come from China, which feels very misleading. When I tried to return them due to the terrible quality, I was told it would be extremely expensive to ship them back.

DO NOT BUY FROM novant.fr. They are a con. They tell you to email to return and do not reply let alone give you an address to return your item. They claim you can return easily but they don’t let you and so you never get a refund if something does not fit. I sent 10 emails! Avoid at all costs. Their garments are cheap and nasty too.

Ordered men's shirt and quality is so horrible and size of shirt should be men's M, looks more like childrens M 🙃 I Wil try to return IT but I think I allready Lost My money to Chinese fraud shop. I hope this Novant.fr site shuts down so nobody cannot order there anymore.
