This company forces customers to agree to a buried membership charge just to place an order. Hidden inside an excessively long “Terms and Conditions” document is an automatic $39.99 monthly club fee that continues indefinitely until you personally contact them to cancel.

Let’s be clear: this is not transparency — it’s entrapment by fine print.

Yes, they technically disclose it. But intentionally burying recurring charges inside dense legal language is a tactic designed to catch customers off guard. Reputable companies earn recurring revenue by delivering clear value — not by relying on customers overlooking hidden subscriptions.

If you choose to do business with Nova Nord, read every word carefully and assume nothing. As for me, I will never do business with them again.

The product does not work and they steal $39.99 from you on a monthly basis. Criminals.

This company requires you to agree to their terms and conditions to order a product. Under their terms, you are agreeing to a charge of $39.99 a month for a club membership until you contact them to cancel.

Although it may be legal, it is undoubtedly underhanded and appears to be designed to entrap unsuspecting consumers. I would think a reputable company would not need to use this tactic to generate revenue. If you want to do business with Nova Nord, be very aware of what you are agreeing to. Personally, I would never do business with them again.

Scam, they charged me $39.99 for a monthly plan i never agreed to

I purchased a snore device from them on the internet and they took my debit card number and stole 39.99 a month out of my account for 6 months before I caught it on my bank statements,these theives will steal from anyone do not buy from these theives!!!

Same experience as the other reviews, after making a one time purchase started getting recurring $39.99 monthly charges with no receipt or explanation. I contact customer service and they said I signed up a "club subscription" although this is not indicated anywhere on the receipt or during the checkout process. I have all left a review on BBB.

This company is a scam. Ordered the anti-snoring device and it didn't help me. Requested a refund and they denied it saying no refunds within the the first 21 days. On day 22 I requested the refund again and instead of giving me the hassle for the return they would give me 50% back. I accepted. That was 2 months ago and no refund has been issued. They keep telling me it's an issue on my bank's end.
Avoid this company like the plague. They are crooks.

Ordered the nova Nord on April 28th 2025 and the product is still not here. The website says that product is made in the USA, but the tracking is showing that it is in China

Horrible return policy with required waiting period to return is sneaky! Adhesive is so bad they send a string to attach to both ears LOL what’s JOKE!! But it’s real. Run away and do not buy this shit product!

This is the biggest scam!!!! You buy something from their site and the sign you up for recurring charges!!!! Don't do it this company is a SCAM!!!!

I paid $69.99 for the sleep device. I never authorized a membership of any kind. Furthermore, what is the
membership? Not I am charged monthly $39.99 for what? When phoned the number, it goes directly to
a busy signal. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau!!

This device is a scam and fraud. The unit doesn’t work, it was defective out of the box. The sticky pads don’t work and will fail as soon as you apply them to your skin. I replied to the original order asking for refund and they never replied for 30 days. Then finally replied refusing a full refund . Stay away from this product. You will waste your money and time

1) Their site says "made in the USA". It's made in China, was actually shipped from China. Total lie. When I asked about that they said they are "sorry for the misunderstanding". Funny, a lie is not a misunderstanding, it's a LIE.
2) On a main page, next to the made in USA it says "Guaranteed, if you're not completely satisfied return in 90 days for a full refund no questions asked". Also a lie. They should say "click on the other page for the REAL return terms - and maybe you will get a little back if you do it in 30 days. But you MUST try the item for 20 days first.
I was thrilled to try a made in the usa item with a nice guarantee however it was false. They will respond and keep saying sorry you didn't understand and somehow skip the parts that they are giving misinformation.
I didn't even try it. It gives an electric shock and I wasn't into putting something on my chin/face that shocks - even if small - from a company that clearly lies. I would have rated zero stars if I could have.

This is a terrible company, I changed my mind before buying and still took payment then they took £31.67 for s subscription! After many emails support is useless just keep stating that it was refunded. No help at all

The snoring device is substandard and does not work as advertised. 2. the automatic monthly $39.99 membership charge added to your credit card is not made absolutely clear or the new verbiage from corporations of today conveniently "outlined" in your purchase WHERE? 3. I have several requests for membership cancelations to all of Novanord support platforms with no definitive proof of cancelation. 4. Novanord boasts manufacturing American made products the ZHQ-017 Electronic anti snoring device is made and shipped directly from China.
