Take Your Time Before Committing
I booked an introductory call to learn more about the program and decide whether it was the right fit for me. At the beginning of the call, I shared that I was currently unemployed and in a fragile phase of my life.
I expected an informational conversation followed by time to reflect. Instead, the call quickly turned into an enrollment process. During the discussion, I was told that most people pay the full multi-thousand-dollar fee upfront. When I hesitated, the conversation shifted to progressively smaller payment options until I eventually agreed and entered my credit card details.
Only after the call ended did I realize how overwhelmed I had felt. I immediately asked to withdraw and requested a refund so I could simply take a few days to think about such a significant investment.
To Ayla’s credit, my refund was ultimately processed, and I appreciate that.
I can’t comment on the quality of the program itself, as I never participated. My experience is solely about the enrollment process.
For a community centered around yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, I found the sales approach surprisingly high-pressure and not aligned with the values I expected.
